ERA Plumbing did a great job with repair of my water heater. The repairs ended up taking longer than expended waiting for the manufacturer to diagnose problem and send the right parts. Even came on Saturday to work on it. Couldn’t be happier with their service and work ethic. Definitely would recommend giving them a call.

I experienced the RLA/Columbia Gas 'surprise' after they came to me to let me know they were installing new gas lines to the house and could I schedule an appt. Little did I know that in 24 hours I would be without gas service at 8PM. RLA finished what they needed to do (install a new gas line to my house) not their problem that I was not told that if there was 'any' leaks after the new line was turned on, it would immediately be turned off and I would have to contact a plumber. After being told it would be 4 hours, starting at Noon, I was planning on taking a shower at the end. Now I have no hot water, no furnace/AC, and no stove/oven. I went crazy looking for a plumber and was not sure what I was going to find.......but I found All Lines Gas and Plumbing owned by Mike Schirtzinger. I am telling you, Mike is certified, knows how Columbia Gas works, is very creative at solutions, and will wait around until the customer gets sign off from Columbia Gas and turns on the appliances. Thanks Mike...it was a long day, but a great, quality job at the end!

I had a terrible time trying to get someone to come out to my house. I had a leaking pipe and finally my warranty co assigned the job to Bolon. I was able to contact them and the owner called me back the next day and the day after that the tech came out, figured out what was wrong and replaced the copper pipes that were bad. Had a 1 pm appointment. He never showed up and never called. I finally called him in early evening and he said he ran into problems, but he could have let me know he wasn't coming so I didn't have to waste my day waiting.

The company was highly responsive and worked with us to help make a bad situation more affordable. Our overly aged water heater refused to stay lit so we contacted our home warranty who got Bob Clark and Total Pro Plumbing on the job. They called soon after to schedule a check and replacement of our water heater. Great company, great people, really made our holiday season by giving us the gift of hot water and outstanding service. Would 100% use this company again.
