We have an annual service contract with Buckeye to check our heating and cooling system twice a year. In the Spring, they work on the condenser unit outside, checking pressures to verify peak performance and verify coolant capacity is full. They also clean the coils of built-up dust and cottonwood fuzz. In the Winter, they check the furnace for proper combustion and burner output. They have a computer that plugs into the system to keep records of various performance criteria over time to predict if certain components need adjustment or replacement. When they come inside, they put on booties and vacuum up after themselves. They let me know what time they will arrive and have always been on time. The techs are very knowledgeable and share their findings.

Got an appointment the next day after my call. Arrived within the time window given and did a great job installing my new water softener at a very reasonable cost.

I can't think of a way this potentially stressful process could have gone better or we could have developed confidence in a company faster than we did here.
