Hired this company to create an exterior wall dryer vent. They came quickly after my call, were super professional and efficient in their quoting and price was reasonable relative to other outrageous ones I’d received.

When I called to schedule the service, they were able to send out the next day the same tech who did the quote. He was on time, did a good job, and cleaned up after himself.

We have used EcoPlumbers several times in the past, most recently to replace a defective water heater. Logan came out and was able to remove the water heater, return it to Menard's for a warranty replacement, then return and install the new water heater. Took the better part of an entire day with all the stops to pull out and put in but the new one is working fine (hopefully it will last longer than the six months the original one did). Will use EcoPlumbers again, for sure.

Assisted in calling Columbia Gas to get service restored that day without any issues. No BS and got the job done. Prior company tried to say we needed all new gas lines and fittings. Would use again. BCI Mechanical was super easy to work with, flexible around my schedule and needs, and they did the work smarter and cheaper than other big name contractors that I had give me a quote on the work. They fixed a larger drain issue under my kitchen sink that had arisen recently.

There was a scheduling error (that worked out in my favor), but other than that, these guys were flawless to work with, and my tech Tony was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and was overly concerned with making sure the work was done right and how I expected it to be done. I'm glad to finally have a dependable, affordable solution here in Columbus that I can depend on, and I'll definitely be calling them back for more work.
