Best Drain System Installation in Columbus OH

We had a new clothes washer installed because the old one had stopped working properly. We had a week's worth of dirty laundry, too since it took several days from ordering to delivery. When the installers hooked everything up, suddenly the faucets leaked when they had not before. I called MB Plumbing since they had installed a toilet for me a year ago and did so with great service. This time, they not only responded quickly, but also they had the same guy, Joe, come out the next moring and he he fixed things up within minutes. Love these guys. I would highly recommend.

I experienced great service!! I had an issue with my drain being backed up and I was able to schedule service for the next business day... what a lifesaver! Today I had Antwan clear my drain. He cleared the drain and also looked at all the restrooms in the house to assess whether or not there were any other issues. He was very patient with me and graciously and thoroughly answered my MANY questions. He also provided me suggestions to prevent my issue from reoccurring as well as some recommendations for fixing other plumbing issues in the house. Our basement drain was overflowing into our basement and it was a horrible awful mess and smelled terribly, it was totally unexpected and can be extremely costly as some of you may already know. I called A BETTER DRAIN , and I left a message and it was just minutes when I got a text that he would call me shortly and he did just that. I talked with the owner STACEY SAVAGE, within a 1/2 hr. after I made the call. I explained the problem we were having, and that my husband had been off work, and with the pandemic and and the holiday's funds were very slim. he was out to our house the next day, he didn't even charge us to assess the problem, and left to go and get his equipment. Stacey was very professional, and understanding, he is VERY knowledgeable and he kept his fees to the minimum. We HIGHLY recommend him to any one who has a plumbing issue, his willingness to work with someone just out of common decency and desire to help someone in need is by far the best I've seen in a long time....THANKS STACEY. I called McDermott Plumbing for a second estimate on a new water heater after getting a bad feeling from a high pressure sales pitch from Atlas Butler for a new water heater. Mike was very professional when inspecting the unit and gave an honest assessment about the cost to repair vs cost to replace. I ultimately went with installing a new water heater and the cost was about $500 less than Atlas Butler. Mike did a great job explaining everything and cleaning up afterward and I would definitely call again!

G-Tech Plumbing has been an amazing experience to work with. I had just purchased a home, and needed multiple things updated and replaced. I had called to set up an appointment, and my technician Grant was here within a few hours of me calling! He was very helpful in providing me with multiple options to choose from (cheaper and more expensive ones) and brands that he recommends. He takes pride in his work, and only installs quality parts that will last. By the next day he had completed all of the plumbing work that I l needed, and I am very happy with the work that was done. Nice folks but the person who showed up to fix my plumbing problem seemed to have a significant lack of stock in their truck. This impaired the ability to fix or replace parts of the project. They did respond immediately on a Friday afternoon to my home when I developed a leak.

Chuck and Cameron were great. Respectful, honest, and diligent. They found the problem. Now I move on to the repairs. Thank you.

Christian did a wonderful job! He was able to instantly identify the issue and quickly fixed our problem before our sump pump gave out and flooded our basement. He was friendly and didn't mind explaining the process with our 7 year old and letting him watch the process.

The water heater broke on Monday Night. Ryan fit us in for Tuesday! They did a great job. It was a pleasure having them in our house.
