Best Drain System in Columbus OH

They came to check our gas fireplace to make sure it was ready for this cold day. They are our best in San Antonio, very thorough, checking the gas lines, making sure there are no leaks, explaining the steps to get the fireplace working. Light the fireplace for us. Great customer service. I will use them from now on. Very professional and polite.

I used A Better Drain to find a sewage odor that came and went in our house. It was driving us crazy! I called 2 other plumbers who couldn't get it corrected, but Stacey did! He was able to figure out where it was coming from and get it fixed. He's a great guy and was also able to quickly repair a leak coming from a cracked PVC pipe. I'd highly recommend A Better Drain. Very professional and talented.

I called McDermott Plumbing for a second estimate on a new water heater after getting a bad feeling from a high pressure sales pitch from Atlas Butler for a new water heater. Mike was very professional when inspecting the unit and gave an honest assessment about the cost to repair vs cost to replace. I ultimately went with installing a new water heater and the cost was about $500 less than Atlas Butler. Mike did a great job explaining everything and cleaning up afterward and I would definitely call again!

Great service. The technicians were fantastic. Easy to schedule a tune up and get my furnace ready for Winter. They were on time, friendly, and provided an overview of what they did. Great pricing on top of it all. I will be reaching out in the future for any additional HVAC needs.

I had a washing machine pipe issue on New Years Eve. I called many plumbers and most were closed, didn't call me back or had extra fees for holiday service. A 3 Aces picked up immediately, was friendly in scheduling, came on New Years day and had great service. Mike was friendly and professional. He did everything he could to keep the costs down. I would recommend this plumber to anyone. Very good company and people!

We've used Gunther several times, and will continue to call them with any plumbing needs. They have replaced a leaky toilet, repaired tub drains and spouts, replaced our water heater, and run a gas line to our kitchen. We've had Seth Liddle as our technician most of the time, and Mike Noel (Seth's supervisor) once, and both are always polite, efficient, quick, and clean. Seth responds really well to our children (2yo, 14yo) buzzing around and asking him questions, and isn't bothered by our little dog talking to him as well. When he's come during a school day, he's quiet and does his work thoroughly with no supervision and minimal interruption to our work. Kasey (sp?) on the phones is bright, friendly, and attentive. They are frequently able to schedule same day or next business day, even for non-urgent issues. We had a minor gas leak, and they were available within three hours. When we request Seth, she checks his availability first, and gets us his next available slot. Everyone at Gunther that we've spoken to or met has been polite, responsive, professional, and seems happy to be at work. They give 2-3 hour service windows, call/text ahead of arrival (with a picture of your tech, so no pretenders), and arrive on time every time. They work quickly, and clean up well, and the bill is always at or below the estimate, which is usually lower than, if not half of, the competition. We're really very pleased with our relationship with Gunther Plumbing.

Sam came out. On time. Did a great job clearing out the drain lines from the downspouts to the street. There was one section that I need to dig up and replace the pipe. He marked exactly where it is for me. Impressed.

Didn’t even get to use the service I’m a first time home buyer and experiencing a water leak in my basement got some advice it could be sump pump so I call this company. the lady who picked up was rude and unhelpful I explained I didn’t know some of the questions she was asking me and repeated what my issue was I have no idea what sump pump parts mean should look like etc and the women literally said “All you have to do is go down there and see if it’s running “ LIKE WHAT please don’t waste your time if in extreme need because the lady who answer the phone will expect you to be an expert at what’s wrong with your home. If you have the basics of this stuff you may be fine.
