Jason quickly identified the issues set forth a plan, explained it to me, then initiated what needed to be done speaking to my husband explaining what he was going to do. The cost of repair was very reasonable it took about 2 hrs, he was very tidy. I was unaware of the need for annual maintenance so I will be calling for the maintenance.

I would definitely recommend family and friends to use these services, worker was very polite, and more then helpful came almost immediately to access the situation and had it taken care off faster then I could make it to the bank and back!!! Dale came out to assess a problem I was having with a hot water heater.

He went ahead and gave me several options that would fix the problem to ensure I could pick what best fit my budget.

After careful consideration, I decided to fully replace my hot water heater. Dale and the gentleman who came installed it all within the space of a few hours, cleaned up after themselves. The were friendly, arrived on time and did an excellent job. It's so great to have hot water again! I couldn't recommend them enough.

Called first thing in the morning for a shower valve repair and they were able to send someone out straight away, which was unexpected but nice. Mike Jr. Showed up a short time later and replaced a shower valve quickly and efficiently, all is back to normal now. Service was fast and at a reasonable cost - very pleased with this company and will surely use them for additional plumbing projects.

Very thankful for Jess and her team. She went over the options of what type of piping would be suitable for my home and which would be best during the winter. During the consultation/quote she noticed other issues with the home and showed pictures of the concerns she had. She also pointed out that with my home being an older home it was not up to code on a couple of items. She was very thorough in describing the work that had to be done and I was pleased with what was all included. She showed pictures of all the work that was completed in the crawl space. Knowing beforehand that getting plumbing work done on my home wasn't going to be cheap. I was totally happy with the price of the work that was done and the quality of work that came with it. Hesson Plumbing has done work for me and are always polite, on time and very professional. Needed new faucet in kitchen sink described features I wanted and said you pick out for me. Was more than pleased. I would hire them again.
Repair was done to fix the garbage disposal as plumbing was not done right when installed. Hot water dispenser was disconnected as had an internal leak. Am not sure if I will replace it. Thanks so very much for redoing the plumbing it was so appreciated . Will always recommend Hesson Plumbing when anyone is in need. Thanks again for excellent job well done.

They don't care about their appearance or the work they do.

I had three bathroom faucets that leaked. I contacted Calhoun plumbing to have them repaired. My call was taken by a gentleman named Tommy. I explained to Tommy what the situation was and he asked if they were sinks or tub/kitchen. I explained that they were all delta bathroom sinks. I then asked what would they charge to repair them. He said they most likely would need washer replacement and it would be $59 per faucet. He said that John would be there 8.24.22 between 10 to 12. John showed and completed the job which took washers. John then proceeded to go to his truck to fill out the requisite bill. When he returned, he said it would be $357.07. I was totally surprised because Tommy gave a different price. I then called Tommy and referenced our call which he said he remembered. John then went to his truck and called Tommy who said he did not give me that price. I called Tommy back and he lied by saying he never gave me that price. I would never recommend this company. I called to talk to the owner and was told he was not in but would call me right back. I did not receive any call back from Mr. Calhoun.

We have had now 3 service calls with these guys and they are top notch. Truly professional, knowledgeable - it’s like we have a new house thanks to them. Cannot endorse these guys enough!! Thank you!!
