Mark was great. I contacted 3 local plumbers for our clogged drains, we have a septic. All 3 touted 24 hr response. Mark was the ONLY response and actually scheduled us for later that night which was a miracle! He gave us very thorough pricing, there were no surprises except from the job itself but he was tenacious! He was running late but stayed in constant contact, he got there at 11pm and didn't leave till a little after 1am when the job was handled. Even gave us a discount on the unexpected camera scoping. He was wonderful during a rough time! Highly recommend!

Had a new plumbing installed they did a great job

We bought a new to us home in March and had low water pressure. We had CSU come out to check the water pressure and we were told we needed new water regulators. A friend recommended Leo's so we called them up. The gentleman who came was prompt. He checked the water pressure (which I'm starting to think he did incorrectly since he did it differently than CSU and plumbing company #2) and said the person from CSU had no idea what he was talking about (and continued to bad mouth csu which I found very unprofessional) bc the water pressure was fine and that we most likely needed new water fixtures since they were probably gunked up from being newly installed. He changed my shower head, charged the service call fee and cost of the shower head and went on his way. Recently had another plumbing issue and called another company to avoid the $88 call fee and had them check the water pressure as well,turns out we in fact do need new regulators as our water pressure read was as low as 5 and had a high of 8!!! Turns out 1 regulator is so bad the 2nd regulator is picking up the slack and had an astronomical pressure reading. Sure glad I didn't waste money buying all new water fixtures since that was not the problem and very lucky the bad regulator had not failed yet otherwise I would probably be needing to replace all fixtures and then some.

It was a simple fix. He taught me a couple things about how to avoid MY mistake and the reason I needed a plumber. Thank you very much.

Great company, I will call them first, on anything needing repaired. Plumbing, HVAC ... a new garbage disposer.

Very knowledgeable and gave me upfront pricing. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it promptly. He gave excellent tips to avoid it in the future. They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

Don’t use them. If how they drive is any indication. Today during am rush hour he was tailing me relentlessly while we’re packed like sardines & I’m going as fast as I can. Can’t get over, can’t get in front of the vehicles in front of me as it was at union & circle where traffic lines back for days.

The Happy Plumber crew came to my home to take care of a kitchen sink backup. My experience with them was outstanding!! They were professional, friendly, and cared about their work. We had a massive grease clog and the crew did not leave until the problem was taken care of. Can definetly recommend these fellas! Great job!

I called this establishment due to the high reviews. I was greeted by a lady and briefly explained my plumbing symptoms and would like to setup an appointment two days out. She gave a quick thin-lip diagnosis and stated they were booked two weeks out with no follow up statement. I responded with “Great” expecting her to offer another date or a follow up call, but no. She said “it is great for us, but not for you”. WoW!!!!! could someone please tell me HOW do you obtain high reviews with a gatekeeper like that?!? The beauty of money is you can spend it anywhere.

Came out to our church and provided quick and fast service and got to the root of the problem.

As a man who has dealt with contractors for decades, I can say that this woman-owned business is not only fair, but are top of the industry in the state. Just heard about that NBC hit piece and the woman who smeared the company. Every small business owner in America should be watching this case. It could mean that people like this defendant can jump online and spew lies and destroy businesses without consequences.Not cool lady.

Lucas is professional, honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend him. He did a phenomenal job and made sure water didn't drip on our carpet. He actually cleaned the work area. He was very respectful and professional. My call was immediately taken and a time scheduled for the same day and problem resolved. Dwayne was a true hero for us this morning! We are moving to Alaska in a few days and our toilet and bathtub were backing up with sewage. Nothing we were throwing at it was working and we were feeling defeated. We were referred to Dwayne and we could not have asked for a better person to come out! Dwayne arrived within half an hr, diagnosed the issue quickly (tree roots!) and was able to clear the clog and get us back on track! (Did I mention it’s Memorial Day weekend?) His prices are fair and his work is quality! I highly recommend!!

I will never work with these people again. They do shoddy work and the manager (Colorado Springs) does not return repeated calls. They blame others for their mistakes.
