Mark came out late at the end of the day, on very short notice, (2 nights in a row) to help us with our sewage pump ejector pit! Very hard worker and he was able to assess the situation quickly and got right to work. I really appreciate how he worked with us and his prices were very good. We could even provide the materials in order to cut down on costs. He did all he could to salvage what we had and we did not feel pushed to have to buy materials that we didn't really need. I would highly recommend him! Very knowledgeable! We will use him again!

We had them replace a hot water heater. And an electrician had to wire it in through the breaker box. The regional building inspector came and he failed both the electrical and the installation of the water heater. I have called multiple times trying to schedule a time for the repairs to be done and all I get is some guy that says he’s new and has never done this before. I have asked to talk to someone else that can help me, I’m on hold and then told she is on the phone but will tell her that I called. I have never received a call back from anyone and this has been going on for 3 months. Excuses and lies are all this company is good for.

Promp, curious. Friendly, very knowledgeable. This is the only plumbing service our family uses. They have solved plumbing problems other companies were unable to diagnose properly. We love the professional, courteous service we have always received over the years.

Affordable! We were quoted $2600 more at another company than what Western Peak Plumbing installed and removed our old water heater for. They were efficient and able to get the job done in a timely manner, not to mention on a Sunday. Made recommendations on a few other things too, but never pressured you into buying anything. Definitely would recommend them for your repairs!

Very knowledgeable and gave me upfront pricing. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it promptly. He gave excellent tips to avoid it in the future. They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

We had an inspection on our aging water heater. We were told that our pressure valve was failing and we would need a new one at a great price of over $900. Eek! When I was shocked by the price, it magically was lowered to $700. It still seemed high to me. We recently had it replaced for $500 with a different company. OneSource also said they needed to test our water pressure, so they went outside to an outside valve. Two days later we noticed that the water had been left on, which cost us more money. I am not trusting this company at all. Now I am wondering how much I overpaid for my brand new air conditioning unit.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about Always Plumbing & Heating. My wife and I have been clients of theirs since 1995 and have never had any issues with their work whatsoever. I had Ridge come out and take a look at my AC. Super nice and easy to talk to. He was honest with what was wrong and instead of trying to sell me a new unit he worked with me on trying to figure out how to make it work and what would need to be done. Greatly appreciate him being honest and helpful. I asked him to just take a peak at my furnace since he was here and he did and also walked me through my options of the situation. 100% greatful for a honest worker who is there to help not make bank.

Had to change this review. HVAC system installed less than a year ago. A/C calibration needed to await the spring and when they came out said everything was fine. Today we have dripping from the PVC pipe to the floor drain and I called the after hours number FOUR TIMES IN TWO HOURS and have not been contacted. It is now after midnight and began before 10 .... Just learned the company went out of business. Obviously I am completely sympathetic with the difficulties we are all facing, but businesses cannot just leave people high and dry.
