His response time was very quick and he took the time to educate us about the best replacement product for our home, the installation process, and maintenance tips. I scheduled and appointment with Mark for last evening and wouldn't you know it....It began to snow heavily....I gave Mark the option to cancel, knowing we live in a remote part of Peyton on dirt roads....Mark responded and said he had a 4 wheel drive van and he would make it....Mark did it and on time...He quickly completed the installation and cleaned up after...Mark followed all of the COVID procedures while working, and he was professional, competent and courteous... I hired Jeremy to do a gas line relocate. He didn't incredible job and he does very clean work. After the utility company came back and reinstalled the meter, I went to go light my boiler off and my stove and my water heater. He installed a brand new valve for each one of those even though it was absolutely not necessary. He absolutely went above-and-beyond. He found a leak and repaired it. He's very friendly guy, and I'm going to recommend him to everybody I know who is looking for a great plumber.
