Jonas was our plumber today. He was courteous, kept us informed of his arrival time and was agreeable about wearing a mask as we requested. He was extremely pleasant and thoroughly explained all the work he was going to do and why and what needed to be done. He has fixed two leaking toilets and we are very grateful. We had another company come out to clear some roots from the sewer line. They told us they couldn't get the roots and would need to dig up the yard and charge us nearly 5000.00. So we called Leo's and had Richard come out and he cleared the line without any issues. Thank you so much!!

Jorge is person you want to hire to give your home some TLC! He came into our bathroom remodel after the previous contractors had made multiple mistakes, he listened to my concerns, and immediately recommended potential repairs and sprang into action. By the end of the day he had improved our bathroom many times over. The ultimate work that he did was well above the initial quote of installing a clawfoot tub with exposed telephone plumbing and he charged us very fairly for the work. I cannot recommend Jorge enough. He knows plumbing, takes the time to get the job done right the first time, and as an added bonus, he really understands remodeling so he is a great addition to most home projects.

I would not recommend this company! I was not told in my initial phone call that I would be billed for point to point time, only that the hourly rate was $85/hr. The plumber showed up around 9:00 am, left for an hour or so to get parts, and completed the job by 11:30. He basically only worked for an hour, and I was billed for 3-1/2 hours of labor! When I googled the travel time from their office to my house, it was 15 minutes of travel time. I don't know where he went to get parts, but it doesn't seem right that I was charged for this time. I will never use their services again, I definitely feel cheated!

Emilio and chewy did an excellent job and are very professional. They made me feel at ease about programing the thermostat.

This is the first 5 star review I've given for a business that didn't do the work BUT they were fantastic. I needed help after another company botched a job leaving us worse off than before the repairs. I called Always hoping they could do same day work. Unfortunately they couldn't squeeze me in BUT they were able to refer me to another company that could. It is so refreshing and rare to work with a company that wants to see the problem solved even if they aren't the ones to do it.
