What can I say. Excellent service, honest guy. He had a few delays, so he kept me up to date with when he would come. Didn't try to do work that needed to be done, got the job done quickly without fuss. Charged about a third of what my research shows the competition does the work for. If you want a plumber, this is the guy - you don't have to look further.

Same day service, very respectful of the property, explained the issue and quote, fixed problem a couple of hours later. I appreciate the plumber for all of these things and helping to take the worry away.

Not great service. Repair person didn't really know what he was doing. Didn't bring the right parts even though I sent in detailed pictures. I had to find another plumber to complete the job.

Answered all my questions and gave me tips on things to watch out for based on my current installation, with suggestions for upgrades and improvements if I have any other issues. 100% will come back to him in the future.

Western Peak is the best! I have an Airbnb in the Springs area and can always trust them to show up on time and to do an excellent job. It's frustrating to have things break on a house while not being in town to assess and fix, but knowing that Western Peak will show up to take care of the various plumbing issues makes it a little less stressful for me! Just moved into our home and called to schedule the yearly routine maintenance on our heating and cooling. Received an awesome price and they came out the next day. The tech arrived on time, and sent a text with a picture so I knew who to be looking for. He didn't mind me watching or asking questions. He gave me great tips about upkeep and what to look for in regards to the beginning of emergency situations. I will be calling them again!!

Guy was here for an hour,had to get a transformer....charged me for the time to get it and charged 75 for a 35 dollar part. I dont trust them.

Fred got me in the schedule the same day for a sewer scope and explained everything in detail to me. He also made a video of the scope. We will be going through his company for the repairs.
