As a recent first time home owner, it’s awesome to have found a company we can trust and rely on for our plumbing needs. The tech Brandon was outstanding. Brandon was hardworking, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.The price was certainly on the higher end but honestly the tech sold me on their services and company in general. In addition the office worked with me on a coupon listed on their website. The financing options are easy and quick.Overall I’m very happy with the work done and look forward to working with them in the future.(Little background) House was built in 84 and needed some updates including replacing a 21 year old water heater.

I wish I could still recommend this family plumbing business. They were friendly and reasonable when they installed my water conditioner.

But the professionalism ended there. I've tried to call Father Daughter (and contact them through their website) to get other plumbing work done, but they seem to have disappeared off the face of the Earth. Tonight the water conditioner they installed has sprung a leak where they attached it to our water line. I tried to call them again... and their voicemail box is FULL.

Folks, something happened here. Either they went out of business or decided to take a long vacation (without updating their voicemail or website). Incredibly unprofessional.

Now I'm scrambling trying to get someone to my house to clean up their mess.

My propane water heater started to leak and I knew I had to take quick action before it flooded me out. I went first to Home Depot, replacement not available for two weeks. Same story from Lowe's. When I called Jolly. Tracy resolved my problem with the exact water heater I needed and scheduled the installation for the next morning. Richard, the installer, arrived on time and completed the exchange in less than 1-1/2 hours. The service I received was courteous, friendly, and professional. I have no problem in recommending this service to anyone who needs it.

This is not a review of their service - because there was no service. Made an appointment with Master Rooter. Took a half day off of work to honor the appointment. They never showed up.
