True professional. Goes the extra step. I can't say enough good things about Jeff and the quality of his work. He patiently explained everything he was doing. Additionally, as the toilet was pulled out, he noticed that the wall was recently painted, except for where the tank had been. ..so he asked me if I had any of the paint. I did. Jeff waited to finish while I touched up the paint. He did not have to do that. ...he could have said nothing and been on his way sooner. I am exceptionally thankful for his customer service. You can bet we will be using him again.

Mark was responded very quickly when I reached out needing a water heater repair on a weekend in the evening. My dog had chewed through multiple wires and the damage was worse than we initially thought. Despite the difficulty of the repair, Mark was very upfront and reasonable about costs the entire time. He was also very kind about teaching me/ telling me what he was doing along the way. I felt as though he did quality work and did his best to ensure long-term solutions. Great guy, great work, super reasonable prices and HONEST service.

June 2023I use this company for their electricity service the guy who came out side he had 20 years experience now i have to use my bathroom ceiling fan and light switch to run the other side of my home because of how he rigged it up my electricity was just fine until the other day when my side of town electricity had went out Than I started having problems so i contact this company Got charged $400 for this service even with the guy being unprepared for the job site very unprofessionalYes i have electricity but can't really say it's all proper professionally & safely hooked up considering to be able to have electricity on the other side of my home I have to run a bathroom ceiling fan Consistently..... that controls the rest of the power on the Opposite side of my home which I did not have to do before the electric went out over a Storm this service was $400 an to get the light fixed covered put back on would cost me $250 hr for 2 guys to come out I will try and upload the pictures on how this guy left My covers off and used Electrical tape to hold the outlet in place & didn't even Try to use screws to hold the outlet in place So i'm not surprised he didn't put the cover on that's that Extra 250hr

We were told by 2 other companies within the past year that we needed a $4,500.00-$5,000.00 clean out access, digging up our front yard in the process. Richard and Eduardo cleared the line from the roof and said our line was in pretty good shape. Prompt service at a fair price. We will definitely use Leo's again!

The work they did is fine, but they grossly overcharged me for it. ~$2k to replace a toilet. $318 to diagnose the issue and over $1600 to do the actual work. They use a tiered pricing system and don't break down the bill into parts and labor. I assumed they were giving me a worst-case estimate and that I'd get an actual itemized bill, but no: my statement just says PC10B - BRONZE - Basic Water Saver Fixture Renovation: $1,913, for which I received a $250 Manager Approved Discount. I had them install a ~$300 toilet (maybe even $200, after searching the model # online). So that means they charged me ~$1700-1800 for 3 hrs of labor (1 diagnostic, 2 for the replacement) and haul-away of the old toilet. Even with a 2-man team, that's absurd. My wife was going into labor at the time, so I signed the invoice to get the job finished, but my mother-in-law called around to other plumbers in the area and asked about toilet replacements, and this job should have been in the $850 range. I will not be using this company again, and I'd advise everyone else to steer clear of them.

This is the first 5 star review I've given for a business that didn't do the work BUT they were fantastic. I needed help after another company botched a job leaving us worse off than before the repairs. I called Always hoping they could do same day work. Unfortunately they couldn't squeeze me in BUT they were able to refer me to another company that could. It is so refreshing and rare to work with a company that wants to see the problem solved even if they aren't the ones to do it. A HUGE thank you to Always Plumbing and the excellent customer service.

Our A/C was not cooling the main floor of our town home, so we called Smith to diagnose and fix the problem. Our technician, Brian, found that coils had partially frozen and when the ice had melted, it soaked the filter and limited the effectiveness of the A/C unit. He spent several hours finding and fixing the problem.

Lucas and his son came out to my house to fix a small leak and found that we also needed to install a Pressure Regulator Valve. They did an excellent job.

They were professional and great at communication. Gave me a fair price and explained the process completely and throughly.

I will definitely be using them again for any type of plumbing issues I encounter in the future.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Had a pipe leak on my water heater. Not only did he show up immediately, but had it fixed in no time. And rather than just replacing with the same inferior part from the original installer that failed, he took the time to do the job right.

THE BEST!!! Contracted with Wright for furnace, air conditioner and water heater. It became apparent the system needed added return air capacity from upper level. After adding expensive equipment to air conditioner Wright did extensive interior remodeling to accommodate new ducts. And, not one word from Wright about cost of work. Wright's view -price quoted was to make system right. Needless to say, Wright now services the system regularly. Wright has proven itself an honorable organization - real rarity these days.
