Jeff is awesome and really knows his craft. I’ve used him several times for home plumbing issues. Very reasonable on price and very dependable and always shows up on time.

My wife and I had some flooding issues in the crawl space of our basement. After talking with some neighbors, we figured out that part of our problem was clogged drains in our backyard. After searching online, we discovered Mark and Pro Power Rooter was a fairly credible drain cleaning service. After contacting him and telling him of our situation (both financial and the flooding problem), he agreed to come over AFTER HOURS and help us out. He was VERY thorough and took his time in assessing the problem. He was at our house for almost three hours and did an amazing job! He even contacted us the next day to see how things were going. I would much rather choose a mom and pop company over the name-brand companies any day because of experiences like this one. There's NO WAY the big companies would take the time to stay after hours, do additional things that were above and beyond what he charge us for, and take the time to call us days later to see how things were going. I would refer Mark Clark anytime to anybody who is unsure of who to call when faced with the same problems!!

Call someone else! But if you decide to use them, BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE, if they tell you your pipe burst get a second opinion! Dishonest and lied to me about a broken pipe under my living room floor and would have cost $5,000! Called another plumber and fixed my problem for under $200. I can't stress this enough, they tried to blame it on the guy being new, but the funny thing is they had several guy's come out. So, they were all new? Save your self the headache and call someone else. I ended up paying close to $300 for nothing, still had pipes backing up and they refused to refund the money even though the problem was not fixed by them. 2 days of having to leave work to meet them and paying the other plumber to fix what they didn't, in the end I was out hundreds of dollars because of their scam.

Jorge is person you want to hire to give your home some TLC! He came into our bathroom remodel after the previous contractors had made multiple mistakes, he listened to my concerns, and immediately recommended potential repairs and sprang into action. By the end of the day he had improved our bathroom many times over. The ultimate work that he did was well above the initial quote of installing a clawfoot tub with exposed telephone plumbing and he charged us very fairly for the work. I cannot recommend Jorge enough. He knows plumbing, takes the time to get the job done right the first time, and as an added bonus, he really understands remodeling so he is a great addition to most home projects.

This company is a wonderful choice for your home plumbing needs. We would highly recommend them... from a small job to a major job. We Don't have to look anywhere else.

The work they did is fine, but they grossly overcharged me for it. ~$2k to replace a toilet. $318 to diagnose the issue and over $1600 to do the actual work. They use a tiered pricing system and don't break down the bill into parts and labor. I assumed they were giving me a worst-case estimate and that I'd get an actual itemized bill, but no: my statement just says PC10B - BRONZE - Basic Water Saver Fixture Renovation: $1,913, for which I received a $250 Manager Approved Discount. I had them install a ~$300 toilet (maybe even $200, after searching the model # online). So that means they charged me ~$1700-1800 for 3 hrs of labor (1 diagnostic, 2 for the replacement) and haul-away of the old toilet. Even with a 2-man team, that's absurd. My wife was going into labor at the time, so I signed the invoice to get the job finished, but my mother-in-law called around to other plumbers in the area and asked about toilet replacements, and this job should have been in the $850 range. I will not be using this company again, and I'd advise everyone else to steer clear of them.

Call them - we had an emergency... They where quick and responsive. The technician was knowledgeable and professional and followed basic COVID protocol without being told to do so. Something that is important to our Church Restoration of Life Ministries and children's after school programs here at Life Center.
