His response time was very quick and he took the time to educate us about the best replacement product for our home, the installation process, and maintenance tips. I was looking for a local Heating and Cooling company and I found that HVAC Solutions is a local Colorado Springs, CO company. They were simply amazing and I cannot say enough. My water heater went out the week right before the 4th of July. I thought it was covered under a home warranty repair, and it turns out it was not. They came out at 7am at my request to look at my water heater and by 10am they were back installing the new one. I appreciate everything because they were closed the following day (Friday) for the 4th of July observance and instead of making me wait until the following week, when it had already been nearly a week without hot water, they rearranged their schedule! When it comes time to replace my air conditioner or furnace which both are getting old, I am definitely calling them!

Brandon came out and did an amazing job with our furnace. Even was extremely friendly and patient with explaining what he was doing to me. No awkward silence and extremely knowledgeable. Waited until my husband got home so could explain everything to him as well. And did amazing with our 2 dogs. Highly recommend to everyone and will be using only them from here on out. Very satisfied. I will be requesting Brandon as well. Thank you. :-)

I called Ed in an emergency when our pipes froze and I had no idea what to do. Not only did get get over to our house right away but also talked me through what to do over the phone. He was quick, honest and affordable. I highly recommend Always!

the owner is very rude especially to his employees! For a customer to see that on the job more then once is disgusting I will never use him again.

My mom Has used Frei for many years joe sold the business and the people that took over are a poor excuse for plumbers they are not professional and do not clean up after there work will never use them again they are making the Frei name look bad

Home Depot sent Andrew from Delta to diagnose and remedy something that several other plumbers could not figure out. Andrew Coleman is prompt, professional and he saved us some money as well. We will definitely be calling him for future plumbing needs!

They ROCK!!!!

Hired in October 2016 to replace pilot starter on water heater. Saturday, 22 Apr, water pilot went out and would not restart. Called tech on duty and also filled out work request on line. Would not listen to fact that city utilities had already been there, insisted that I go thru restarting procedures. After assuring him that pilot would not lit, was more interested in telling me the price of service call. Agreed to wait until Monday for service. Called Monday, was informed one technician was out on an emergency and repairs could not be made til 0800 Wed, 26 Apr.
Would not budge, not try to fit into schedule, or make any concessions. To expect a customer to go 96 hours without hot water is unreasonable.

Andrew and Nathan installed our AC and were professional and worked hard and they were very pleasant. An inside door was accidentally scratched and they discounted the installation fee to cover the paint no problem. They answered all our questions and cleaned up. It is nice to have a go-to business for our heating and cooling needs. Thank you!
