Excellent work getting soft water working. Poor response with providing maintenance review of newly installed central air and heat. Appointments continuously missed and changed after giving me time block. Service promised and to be provided after purchase is rated poor. I asked for a maintenance manual for the water softener and one has not been provided. At this time I will not recommend Smith to anyone. My air and heat has yet to be inspected as promised. At this time, my rating is excellent for install and poor for follow up.

He was great. We came home from the hospital with our newborn to a back filled shower and we couldn’t flush our toilet. He came out very quickly and got it taken care of. His service was very fast and he was super respectful. Would recommend and will be calling if we have any issues in the future.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

On 1/28/16 Josh and Richelle provided 2 hours of plumbing services to include checking toilet for leak and installing a new wax ring, installing a new garbage disposal, installing a new shower head and cleaning aerators on several faucets. I was extremely pleased with their service and professionalism. I feel they went above and beyond and gave me information regarding the hot water heater, etc. I would highly recommend them and intend to use them again in the near future.

Dennis did a fantastic job! He let my husband and I  look at the camera screen to see what he was seeing and what needed to be done to clean the sewer drain. We were thrilled to hear it was only going to be less $. We are quoted from another competitor that we needed to have the sewer line excavated due to a pipe burst and quoted $6,900. Dennis assured us that was not the case at all. I am so glad we were recommended to call you. Dennis was very nice, easy to talk, very professional and HONEST!!!

This company is absolutely awful! I had them out in August to fix a negative grade pipe. They sent me three tech none of whom had the right part to fix the pipe even though they were told explicitly what they needed to do. It took 2 days from my first tech schedule to get someone out who had the right part.They them replaced an iron pipe with a PVC pipe. I expressed my concern with this and they assured me that it would be fine and that the work was guaranteed for a year. It's now 7 months later and the pipe has a huge hole and is dumping water into my crawl space.I called them to send an emergency tech and was told that was not an option even though they promise prompt, 24 hour service. I was spoken to rudely by both the call center woman and the manager. Seriously I would recommend using ANYONE else other than these guys. They are TERRIBLE!
