Had a great experience with Powers Plumbing! Jeff came on time and walked me through what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. Additionally he took care of minor aesthetics that he caught around the sink and dishwasher. Will not bother with another company in future, and will just call on Powers Plumbing!!

I am very upset with this company it’s unbelievable. I had to call them a few months back for an emergency no heat. The furnace died in the middle of the night and it was a Saturday morning when my house was 62 degrees and dropping fast. I called and they said they would be here by 11 am. At 1130 or so I called looking for them, their response, “the tech has already come and fixed it.” Yea... no he didn’t. Apparently he saw another company’s truck in front of my house and assumed I called someone else and just marked it as done and left! So they dispatched him to come back and he called me and said he needed to eat his lunch and would be here in half hour to 45 minutes. When he showed up he looked at the furnace and said I had a broken piece, no biggie, but he would have to charge me extra to open the part shop to get the piece. Let me break it down simple... if he had shown up on time it wouldn’t have been a timing problem. Next, he and the company bluntly lied to my face because the part shop didn’t close til 4 or 5, this I know. So they said, “no worries we will waive the extra charge” and sent the tech to get the part. He came back an hour later and fixed it. Fast forward two months, AC had a hiccup and when another tech from another company looked at the system he was very confused. He said, “who did this to the furnace? It’s really not right.” Apparently the part Affordable charged me over a hundred dollars for wasn’t even the right part! He never went and got it! He just added a universal part and rigged some wires together and called it a day. I now have to get someone else to fix the problem because it will not last through the next winter. I will never call this company again. Lazy, dishonest, and slow service are just a few examples of the problems I wish to avoid in the future.

we were using a different company to locate/fix a simple bathroom sink drain problem- after 3 of their visits and $$$ later, we called Leo's - the technician came out and had it fixed in about an hour for a very reasonable price. We can't tell you how happy we are to have a new favorite company to call for any future issues!!!!

Everything about my experience with this company has been wonderful. The person who initially answered the phone was knowledgeable about the work to be done. He was able to answer my questions and did not give me a cheesy sales pitch. They were communicative and had availability within the next couple of days. The plumber was on time and able to perform the job in less time than anticipated, resulting in a lower cost. James is professional and super friendly. I will be using this company for my other household projects and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I met Jeremy through a referral from my electrician! He came highly recommended! Since then I have hired his company to help with a commercial plumping project as well as some gas line work on a property. I recently had him out for my annual backflip tests for the city.. On November 2, 2021 Paul the plumber came to my home to assess a water issue: well, tankless water heater, etc. He estimated the cost of this repair was around $1,250.00. Then the day before the job he called me and told me the cost is $1,800.00. I asked for a receipt, something anyone would ask for. I should not have needed to make so many requests for a proper invoice to include email from manufacturer for the same information I already requested simply to register the parts installed for warranty. It was improper, vindictive, retaliatory, and unprofessional. And I'm still having same water problems. Now I don't believe the parts he installed were even necessary. Never call this plumber.

Ed is the first person to understand my home heating boiler. I have a base board heating system with 9 zones. Ed spotted the problems and fixed them. He also answered a bunch of questions that I had about the system. He knew what he was doing and was also a really nice guy. He came out the same day that I called in the problem. I had some follow up questions that he took the time to answer. Great service and reasonable price.

Fantastic customer service. The tech who performed the maintenance explained everything being done. I now know what to do going forward to help maintain a healthy ac unit.

The other review is right, the owner is jerk.

Watched unit 302 pull into drive way and then quickly reverse as a semi was approaching. The driver of unit 302 did not stop or anything, continued to back out in front of semi. It was terrible driving and unprofessional.
