Jorge is the only plumber we'd recommend. He's worked on multiple projects for us including sprinkler back flows, water heater piping, installing a kitchen sink and a utility sink and disconnecting our old gas heater. He's punctual and very reasonable with his costs! Highly recommended!!

We had a new water heater & a water softener installed recently. Jeremy was responsive, helpful when we asked questions, texted updates (on his way, picking up water heater, etc), was quick, clean & very knowledgeable (walked us through use & set-up of the softener & let us know air would be in the pipes, funny taste to water as the new softener adjusted, etc.). Great service. We found out about him through our landscaper who used him to install our sprinkler & drip system. He was quick then too & friendly. We are very impressed with his work & he was reasonable on costs as well. We will definitely use him again.

Very knowledgeable and gave me upfront pricing. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it promptly. He gave excellent tips to avoid it in the future. They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

Had to replace two water heaters pretty quickly. Olympic City was fast and very competitive on their pricing…. Only took a few hours to install and clean up and they were very professional. Very happy with the work, highly recommend!

Justin was Excellent! I thought his explanation of what he did and his recommendation of what I needed was great, a very knowledgeable gentleman. Also a outstanding person to teach Mark, the gentleman who was along with him in training. Mark was very knowledgeable too, infact he explained the problems with the filters I've been using. Explaining how dirt and other particulate particles could go right through my filter clogging and eventually shortening the life of my furnace. Great experience. I discovered my water heater leaking all over the floor on a Friday night…. I called Saturday morning, and had it replaced it by Saturday afternoon. Kevin even arrived earlier than originally stated. I had hot water less than 24 hours from when the leak was discovered! Prompt, efficient, and professional.

He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

Pope's estimate came in at a quarter of some other estimates from nearby places, which made me slightly apprehensive- but my call was returned quickly, very polite and personable. Showed up on time, worked quickly and neatly, and showed me what had caused the problem. Even went back to the office to get the correct part - and billed me his original estimate. Very pleased, will be keeping this number on my fridge.
