Best Sewer Cleaning in Colorado Springs CO

We had a nightmare clog in our sewer line and Mark would not let it beat him. I hired another company a week before and they didn’t even attempt the cleaning. Great job and a great company

These people are just out for money!!My main drain line was clogged on Saturday before Father's day and I called for the emergency 24 hour service. The tech who was sent, spent 3 hours trying to unclog my drain and kept calling other people for help and wasn't able to unclog it.He said he didn't have the correct tools on site and wanted me to wait the next day for the camera tech to go out just to check and see if my drain wasn't broken and wait another 24 hours to get another tech out to try and unclog my drain.He said he had to leave soon because he had another call who also had their drain clogged. The tech was very unprofessional and gave me no solution and was still trying to charge for service which was very ridiculous!I called Rotor Rooter and they had a tech come out the same day. The tech was able to unclog my drain within the hour and then checked my drain with a camera and said it was properly cleaned and wasn't broken at all.I wouldn't recommend this company if you have an emergency with plumbing!!

Had Joey come out and fix a leak on our hot water heater. Was very respectful and professional. Will call Leo's on any additional plumbing needs.

Thomas is the best. Sink install and pipe check $125 to include transportation in less than one hour. Educated me on the quality of faucet brands. ONLY USE PLUMBERS WHO CHARGE BY THE HOUR ---- NOT THE JOB(S)/

Amazing service, can’t recommend enough. Saw their ad, arranged for an appointment the next day, very quick response time. They had someone available that same day, he came and installed our system so professionally and so quickly! He came with the equipment and parts he needed without knowing what he would find when he got here. I would not recommend this company! I was not told in my initial phone call that I would be billed for point to point time, only that the hourly rate was $85/hr. The plumber showed up around 9:00 am, left for an hour or so to get parts, and completed the job by 11:30. He basically only worked for an hour, and I was billed for 3-1/2 hours of labor! When I googled the travel time from their office to my house, it was 15 minutes of travel time. I don't know where he went to get parts, but it doesn't seem right that I was charged for this time. I will never use their services again, I definitely feel cheated!

If One Source Call Center had a better way to contact people at the company, things would have been a lot better. Call center said the leave mail for the individuals. If those people don't read their mail nothing seems to happen! When I went to their Nevada Site, I spoke directly to Service Manager and Front office person! a Short time later Octavio (Service guy) Showed up to get my broke part and 30 minutes later he was back and my furnace was fixed ! Happy with Octavio but trying to engage One Source was a pain! Make sure all employees are notified when they receive a new Mail message from Call Center!

My experience with the staff at Always Plumbing, as well as their service, was excellent. Debbie, their receptionist, was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Ed came to our house twice, first to look at our (very old) water heater, and a second time to replace it. Ed was very honest and fair in his assessment, and incredibly knowledgeable. When he came out to replace our water heater he was quick and efficient. The price we paid at installment was exactly the price he quoted us, and based on my research their prices were fair and competitive. I would highly recommend their service!

Monte was one of the few people open on Saturday and about the only one to call me back very quickly. Little leak but needed my water off which wouldn't of been fun for me and family all weekend long especially with a big event happening for us Saturday. Had me patched up in 10 minutes and charged me a fair low amount for the work performed and the trip out on a busy weekend. Showed up on time and very professional. I really wanted to write a good review for this company. Back in January we booked them to fix our leaky bathtub. They never showed up for our first appointment, and they apologized and sent someone else out the next day. The second try they were barely here before the time window was over. They did try their best to fix the issue and tried to make it up to us. So, when our garbage disposal broke last week, I gave them another chance. Today we had a window of 1-3 pm for a technician and the guy just showed up at 4:08pm as the new company I called was leaving. I only know he showed up because I saw him talk to the other company from my window. He never called. I never heard from Smith today. The other company, Mr. Rooter, was booked but they fit us in and showed up within 15 minutes when Smith Plumbing and Heating didn’t show up or call. Such a bummer that this didn’t work out but now I have a new plumber!

From the beginning Lucas has been very timely, honest, and knowledgeable about my job. I had a complicated plumbing installation in a commercial leased space and he was excellent!

Dwayne came to our house in less than an hour and figured out what was needed to fix our plumbing problem. He got right to work and saved the day! I was back to work before lunch! Highly recommended.

I'm a local realtor who works with Fred regularly. He does snaking, scopes and sewer repairs for me. He's honest, affordable and in my opinion the best in town!

We were promised three years of servicing included but when you call to get it scheduled, they blow you off and tell you it'll be two months out. Management was extremely rude and now it looks like I'll have to have another company come service it (so the warranty isn't voided) before I file a lawsuit for the cost. Do yourself a favor and use another company. They'll tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to make the deal but after that, they don't care about you.
