He even went above and beyond by calling my warranty company, and stayed on hold with them until he was able to get the repair approved. Chris replaced the parts that needed replacing within an hour. Very professional, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or fix something that wasn't broken. Found the problem quickly unlike two previous plumbing services. Not a politicized non accountable corporate conglomerate but a good honest home town American business. It's what I remember seeing when I was growing up. They really love what they do and I believe they want to see the customer satisfied before they leave. We need more people like that in this lost and failing country. I'm a disabled veteran , very saddened that this once great and free nation allows so much corruption and dishonesty. I have been lied to and taken advantage of to much over the years. The thing is so many companies and industries have no fear of accountability because they are protected by a broken justice system. Thanks guys for your professional curtious service. Plumbing & Gas was referred to us by a friend who was also very happy. Jeremy responded promptly to texts and phone calls, arrived on-time, and was very professional. He worked efficiently to replace our outdoor faucet and kept a clean worksite inside and outside our home. He showed pride in his work and made sure we were happy with everything before he left. Pricing was competitive with other companies. Would definitely hire them again and recommend to others.

Ed is always very courteous, honest and quickly solves any problems we have had. We had him put in a gas line for a new fireplace & the location for it proved to be complicated. He went down to the city planning/permit office to ask questions, to be sure he could do what he thought before presenting us his plan/estimate and was present for all inspections. In the spirit of “you never need a plumber until you need a plumber”, we were in a real bind with a badly leaking faucet in our kitchen. Olympic City Plumbing is new to Colorado Springs so we were able to get Caleb out immediately. He is a Certified Master Plumber and his efficiency at stopping the problem showed why. At our request Caleb then returned on another day to replace the entire faucet. He was prompt and did great work. It is good to know that we have a “go to guy” if plumbing needs ever arise again.
