Bought a home in Colorado Springs that was outdated and in dire need of renovation. Replaced the A/C unit, water heater, replaced two toilets, three vanities with four sinks, removed a walk-in therapy tub and installed a new tub and shower. Obtained four quotes from several businesses in CO Springs. The quotes came in all over the map, ranging from $12K to $20K. I hired Western Peak Plumbing for all of the repairs and upgrades and was charged $11, 383. The employees were highly skilled, very professional, and the company was very responsive. I will be using the folks at Western Peak for all my future plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs for as long as my wife and I remain in CO Springs. Highly recommended. Plumbing & Gas was referred to us by a friend who was also very happy. Jeremy responded promptly to texts and phone calls, arrived on-time, and was very professional. He worked efficiently to replace our outdoor faucet and kept a clean worksite inside and outside our home. He showed pride in his work and made sure we were happy with everything before he left. My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

In the spirit of “you never need a plumber until you need a plumber”, we were in a real bind with a badly leaking faucet in our kitchen. Olympic City Plumbing is new to Colorado Springs so we were able to get Caleb out immediately. He is a Certified Master Plumber and his efficiency at stopping the problem showed why. At our request Caleb then returned on another day to replace the entire faucet. He was prompt and did great work. It is good to know that we have a “go to guy” if plumbing needs ever arise again.

Great work and friend repairmen

Rick was personable, listened well, gave an estimate and demonstrated a well-informed understanding of my plumbing concern -- and all of this over the phone! His quoted price was reasonable and his response time fitting. (My concern was a pinhole leak from the hot water heater's line out.)

He responded fast, but for a little work he did for me he charged too much.
