James was amazing, extremely courteous and helpful. He educated me on maintenance of my furnace and was straight forward when issues occurred. I appreciate the support he provided to get my issues solved.Edit: They never scheduled an inspection with the city. Even though they told me I had a date and time. I took day off from work for nothing.

Rick and his team were great. While many plumbers in the area said they could not complete the task to repair the pvc in my sprinkler box, Rick was up for it. He responded much faster than any sprinkler service could (the day after versus weeks after) and was very professional and provided me a competitive price. Very satisfied with his service and would recommend him to anyone!

Diego and his staff was extremely professional. My appointment was supposed to be at 12:pm today, they showed up 30 minutes early. Went right to the problem and fixed it in less than 10 minutes I kid you not. I will definitely keep them on my speed dial especially since I have an older home. We have had the Comfort by Design Team install a water heater and a gas line for a stove. Both times they were great to work with and did exceptional work. With the water heater they even had the father of one of the owners come install it on his day off so we wouldn't have to go without hot water. They are very responsive and will continue to use them for any of our needs.

David has come out to my house first regarding a busted pipe. He was fast and efficient. I called him out recently due to a leaking water heater.
