I met Jeremy through a referral from my electrician! He came highly recommended! Since then I have hired his company to help with a commercial plumping project as well as some gas line work on a property. I recently had him out for my annual backflip tests for the city.. Jeremy always comes through when I need him.

I am Total Care Club member with Heat Depot. I just received my free annual inspection and the service I received exceeded my expectations!Roy arrived promptly at the agreed upon time, introduced himself, placed booties on his feet (small detail, but very important to me), and got right to work. He conducted a very thorough inspection and explained to me everything he was doing throughout the process.He identified an oil leak on my drive blower motor, over amperage and a gas leak. He was very knowledgeable of the furnace and provided me with the pros and cons of replacing versus repairing. He was not biased nor did he pressure me to make any immediate decisions. We discussed prices, payment plans and he left me with estimates, job completion/tune up information and photos.Roy was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The prices are competitive and you won't find better quality of work. I definitely recommend!

Rick was very professional and enjoyable to work with. he followed thru just as stated on the phone and I think even enjoyed explaining how the boiler works and why it wasn't working and took pics to show me stuff as I am long distance of the property. Highly recommend

Edit: Joe did reach out to me in an attempt to correct this situation, and provided a full refund to me. It sounds like there's some confusion with the phone numbers that Oak View has ended up, and this was all a big misunderstanding.

Well, this is a scam company. Our furnace quit on Saturday and Oak View's sticker was on the machine, so we called in a panic. Dana came right out, nice guy, said it was the mother board, and - with a discount - it'll cost us $1,100 plus labor. I look twice at my paperwork, figure out our Sears warranty is still good and they are replacing the board today. It is valued at $433. Dana wanted to charge me $1,100, plus labor for a $433 part. I think Oak View owes me a refund for the diagnostic charge that I did pay, I think Oak View was taking advantage of me when it was freezing outside and I had no heat 🤔

Had an emergency water leak, called David who arrived quickly and did the repair right away. He did an excellent job for a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend this company.

Contractor was hired to replace existing water heaters with a gas tankless system. Contractor assured me a permit was filed and led me to believe an inspection was scheduled multiple times. After contacting the county to request a permit, they had me request the contractor pull a permit one more time. Contractor said permit would be pulled and inspection scheduled immediately. After 2 weeks with no action, I pulled permits as homeowner.

My hot water heater stopped working this weekend and everyplace I called that supposedly worked after hours said they wouldn't come out. I called Jolly Plumbing and even though they were busy, the guy said he could come but warned it would just be a diagnosis and overtime pay. So he asked me some questions about the heater and said it was still under warranty and told me to call manufacturer. He even called back to check on us. I really appreciated it, since my husband was away with work. Very ethical company and will definitely use them in the future!

The crew that gave us the quote Andres Gomez & then the crew with Lead Alex did a wonderful job with the heater system n air conditioning unit and water heater installations! We had been without heat for 2 days, thank goodness for portable heaters! We will like to give them kudos for their service and manners! Great group you have! The Avila family!
