Be aware of this company policy. They charge $150 only to show up at your house. Technician wasn’t able to find the pipe where the bad smell was coming from. More over he gave us misleading information about cause of the problem pointing to the wrong pipe. He offered to fix good working pipe for $2000 stating it needs a p-trap. Later he sent us invoice for $950. Manager came up the other day and didn’t admit their false either. No money back. Not even a credit on account.

WP installed a tankless heater and after a month it needed to be replaced, probably due to a manufacturer's defect. WP replaced it quickly, professionally and at no additional charge. What more could you ask for?

They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Had a pipe leak on my water heater. Not only did he show up immediately, but had it fixed in no time. And rather than just replacing with the same inferior part from the original installer that failed, he took the time to do the job right.

Well let me start here, some of you might understand living in a big complex & maintenance have their hands full, Our head maintenance Ed needed assistance on the issue so he called out your team & it was AMAZING, BRIAN was Fabulous, very Professional, very Friendly & most of all very Knowledgeable. Brain fixed the issue in Amazing time & cleaned the work area, when he finished that... he went about & beyond by showing me the gas shut off valves & not only that he even checked my O2 Sensor & even Explained to me how that worked.
