I will be using his services again. Also he made time in his evening to fix the problem the same day. Tenants we very happy with the results and I am happy with the price. Definitely not affordable . I'm not one to normally leave a review but this was ridiculous!It cost me 400$ to have my small ac unit cleaned for maybe 20 minutes, at most, plus an 85$ service fee/traveling fee ( the place is literally half a block from my home). I was then told my ac needed refrigerant which would be $180 a pound and that it could take 6-8 pounds to fill. PLUS a fee to see if I had a leak. These were just the minor fixes the tech recommended. So I paid 500 ... and still had no ac because I refused to pay a possible extra 1080$ on refrigerant for a 950 sq home.I ended up having another company come out 2 days later and they were very up front about what I actually needed... 2 pounds of refrigerant at 170$ for set up and one pound + 75$ for each additional pound. Way better prices! Plus they told me how many pounds were needed initially right after examining the unit... no maybes or guessing games.It's so hard to find trustworthy companies being a single mom and of course not knowing anything about this trade. I was extremely disappointed in discovering Affordables techs are commission based and felt as though I was taken advantage of big time with this service.Beware and don't waste your hard earned money on this companies service.

Mikal and Dustin came out right away on a Sunday, took no time finding that our back up was a clog in the downstairs sink, made sure we were comfortable with the price before proceeding. They were very professional and informative and polite. I will definitely be using them again if need be, which as a homeowner we know is very possible! Thanks guys for such a quick service! I’m not gonna rave about how this company showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do. I expect that out of a business, especially when I’m spending thousands of dollars. This is a reliable company with a good reputation. Emilio was able to rectify all the discrepancies Bobby found with my home heating system. There were one or two small issues which came up during my new furnace install, along with one or two big issues. Everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner. When you find yourself in an emergency you need someone that can get there now, One Source can do that.

The work they did is fine, but they grossly overcharged me for it. ~$2k to replace a toilet. $318 to diagnose the issue and over $1600 to do the actual work. They use a tiered pricing system and don't break down the bill into parts and labor. I assumed they were giving me a worst-case estimate and that I'd get an actual itemized bill, but no: my statement just says PC10B - BRONZE - Basic Water Saver Fixture Renovation: $1,913, for which I received a $250 Manager Approved Discount. I had them install a ~$300 toilet (maybe even $200, after searching the model # online). So that means they charged me ~$1700-1800 for 3 hrs of labor (1 diagnostic, 2 for the replacement) and haul-away of the old toilet. Even with a 2-man team, that's absurd. My wife was going into labor at the time, so I signed the invoice to get the job finished, but my mother-in-law called around to other plumbers in the area and asked about toilet replacements, and this job should have been in the $850 range. I will not be using this company again, and I'd advise everyone else to steer clear of them.

I sincerely regret calling this company. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such a lack of professionalism and customer care in a small business. Sounds like we had an experience like a lot of others - not showing up when scheduled and then failing to get the job done the first time.

We even tried using BBB to work out a compromise and they made no effort. What a waste of time. We will never call them again.
