I highly recommend Powers Plumbing! I have used them several times for various plumbing issues and have always been pleased. Jeff has been professional, honest and has always explained what the problem was and given me repair options before starting work. He is responsive when I call him and can usually get me into his schedule pretty quickly. He is my go to plumber!

Came home the evening of 8/16 to discover that the water heater had gone belly up...and the only way to stop the water flow was to turn off the main water line. Emailed and called AP&H the next morning-they were able to schedule a service call the same afternoon. Chuck Rucker, the service technician, was efficient and thorough in his assessment of the situation and ultimate replacement of the hot water heater and the shut-off handle! I have been an AP&H customer for many years and have strayed occasionally, only to be disappointed with the other company. AP&H is now the first and only company I call. Thank you for your excellent service!

My dryer was wobbling so i mentioned it while he was doing a repair for a neighbor. He came over and got it taken care of in less than 5 minutes. I now have an appointment for him to come out Monday to clean all of my windows!

Furnace installation was impeccable! Sammie and Adrian has come to install my new furnace. They kept my house free of debris and avoided wires and cables that were in the way. They were super knowledgeable and courteous. Their colleagues Royce, Scott, Aaron, Beth, Jason and Amber also made the entire process a trouble-free experience. - Henry, Aurora, COUPDATE: Aaron Buckley had visited to replace a defective module and all I can say is that he and this company are extremely EFFICIENT! Ed is a great plumber and a great guy. We highly recommend him. He didn't just do the job well, he took the time to teach us what was going on. He was on time, on budget, and cleaned up after himself...much more than we expected. I hope we never have plumbing issues again, but if we do, this is the guy we are calling.

My ex-wife was told to use Herman's Plumbing for a major repair in the house she was buying (by the title company, who had gotten an estimate). They said they would be there at 8:30am. Since she works nights, she got up on very little sleep to meet the plumber. At 9am she called Herman's to ask where the guy was-- the lady on on the phone said he left the office at 8:30 to pick up some supplies and should be there shortly. Then at 9:35 -- more than a hour past the appt time-- they called back and said he was leaving the store with the supplies and would be there in ANOTHER half hour. So he would be showing up after 10:00am for an 8:30am appointment. We canceled the service and will look for a different plumber. Show up when you said you're going to show up. If he'd set the appointment for 10 to begin with, there would have been no problem.

Called to get furnace and AC serviced. Tech showed up on time and was very helpful and knowledgable. He recommended waiting until spring to service the AC. Nice to have someone that doesn't want you to pay for something that you don't need to right now. Will use them again! Thank you for the great service!
