Best Repair in Colorado Springs CO

I have used Jeff at Powers Plumber for more than 6 years. He has repaired and modified my sprinkler system, replaced a water heater, replaced hardware in two bathrooms and gave some very useful advice on a water drainage problem in my yard. Jeff is very professional, does the work exactly as he promised, for the price he quoted and finishes on time. I have lived all over the country (26 year Air Force veteran) and Jeff is the best, most reliable plumber I have ever used.

Mark was great. I contacted 3 local plumbers for our clogged drains, we have a septic. All 3 touted 24 hr response. Mark was the ONLY response and actually scheduled us for later that night which was a miracle! He gave us very thorough pricing, there were no surprises except from the job itself but he was tenacious! He was running late but stayed in constant contact, he got there at 11pm and didn't leave till a little after 1am when the job was handled. Even gave us a discount on the unexpected camera scoping. He was wonderful during a rough time! Highly recommend!

Our technician, Mitchell, was delightful. He was fairly new at this job, but had the sense to call someone when he ran into a situation that he couldn't handle at the time. We got 3 more techs to help!! The job was finished to our satisfaction and our other questions were answered professionally. And the price was right.

I was very excited to work with Bill's Plumbing. I received a recommendation from the BNI group that this was a good plumbing company to go with. I scheduled an appointment for 11am Friday. Then, I received a phone call asking if I could reschedule to 8am. Mindy or Amanda at the desk apologized for the early time. I took one for the team, moved my schedule around for the day, and said yes to 8am.

Mike didn't show up. No phone call from him. No phone call from the office. At 9am I was rushing to my next appointment across town. I called the front desk and spoke with Mindy. I added why no one called me about the no-show and why the plumber didn't show up. She replied something to the time of Well, it's the owner and he had another appointment and was trying to get that done. I don't understand why I took one for the team to reschedule when this guy decides to have a conflicting appointment.

Finally, Mike calls while I'm driving to my next appointment to say I'm ready to come over. I was furious. I asked why he didn't call to tell me he wasn't going to be able to make it. Well, I was double booked and I don't start my crews till 9 and I've been so busy.... And it was just all excuses. I'm a principled person. If this company can't respect my time and communicate, then I think that's a good indicator of the type of work they do. I caution you if you decide to use this service.

From the moment I contacted them, they were professional, courteous, and prompt in their responses. They were able to schedule an appointment for me within a few days, which was much appreciated.

Mr. Butterfield arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and provided me with a detailed explanation of what needed to be done. He was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently, and the end result was fantastic. I was extremely pleased with the quality of his work and attention to detail.

I had what I thought was a leak in my basement but could not find where it was coming from so I called on the experts. Jerry came out and found a leak at the shower head of my guest room and repaired it for me. He was quite professional and very kind! Unfortunately the problem persisted and I called again. This time Marvin came out and found that our drain in the laundry room was backing up. This wasn't happening the last time I called, and I'm very thankful for both of them! They made it out very quickly and have gotten me set up to get the septic drain scoped to determine the main cause of the issues. As a first time homeowner and this being the first time handling these situations I couldn't be more thankful to have a reliable and trustworthy company to call on! I will definitely recommend them to anyone needed plumbing services, even if I hope I don't need to call again! Although they will be my first call if I do!

We had a new water heater & a water softener installed recently. Jeremy was responsive, helpful when we asked questions, texted updates (on his way, picking up water heater, etc), was quick, clean & very knowledgeable (walked us through use & set-up of the softener & let us know air would be in the pipes, funny taste to water as the new softener adjusted, etc.). Great service. We found out about him through our landscaper who used him to install our sprinkler & drip system. He was quick then too & friendly. We are very impressed with his work & he was reasonable on costs as well. We will definitely use him again.

Andres and Josh came out today for an AC and lied told me it was the contactor for the ac. I bought the part replaced it and still not working. Purchased an compactor for the ac and guess what it $&@?:!? Works. We did not have the money at the time they were asking, so that gave us useless information in trade for a 5 star review. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

The Happy Plumber crew came to my home to take care of a kitchen sink backup. My experience with them was outstanding!! They were professional, friendly, and cared about their work. We had a massive grease clog and the crew did not leave until the problem was taken care of. Can definetly recommend these fellas! Great job!

I called Always about an issue with my hot water heater; a technician was dispatched just a couple of hours after my call. When Ed arrived at my house he was friendly, professional and courteous. After looking things over he offered an an honest opinion on what might be needed; no flim flam or attempt to convince me I needed additional parts or repairs. In short order he had everything back up and running and left everything clean and tidy. I will absolutely go to Always for any more plumbing needs; whether repairs or projects.

Monte was one of the few people open on Saturday and about the only one to call me back very quickly. Little leak but needed my water off which wouldn't of been fun for me and family all weekend long especially with a big event happening for us Saturday. Had me patched up in 10 minutes and charged me a fair low amount for the work performed and the trip out on a busy weekend. Showed up on time and very professional. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. We got a new furnace and a/c installed in the home. I did a lot of research and this one was my 6th company that I called out for a quote and we decided to go with them. They were professional very nice and made the inspection for the city a breeze. The furnace works great and it was installed over 1 month ago and it has even tempeture distribution around my home which we did not have before. I would highly recommend this company thank you for all great service 😁
