The scale doesn't go low enough. This guy took complete advantage of me being deployed. His behavior was completely unethical and probably criminal. He applied for permits which were then voided, billed my insurance company for work he says he didn't do, did not complete a final inspection of my home which resulted in a certificate of non compliance from the title company. He denied any involvement despite my realtor explaining we have all the documentation with his signature. He refused to resolve the non compliance issue as well so everything my insurance company paid him for had to be redone. We also found out he operates under powers plumbing II which he explained to my realtor is the exact same company. Shady as hell!! This guy completely took me for a ride. I can only hope my insurance company goes after him for insurance fruad.

Someone from Accounts Receivable called, demanding payment for services that were never rendered. They had our address but a different name. Instead of apologizing, the individual became rude, obnoxious and hung up on us. When we called back to make sure it really was Affordable Plumbing & Heat who had called (and not just someone trying to scam us), we got connected to the same individual again. He turned rude and obnoxious instantly and hung up on us a second time.I had used the services at two different houses in COS, but I will NEVER use this company again.

The serviceman unclogged my drain. He got grease on every wall, the door, the toilet and left the toilet full of grease and paper. He brought NO BUCKETS. And even touched my shower curtain with his hand. Then got attitude from office. Never again!

Bill's Plumbing cleared out the clogged main line in my house. They showed up earlier than expected, which was a relief! They were very professional, knowledgeable, fast and friendly. I had Sveagle Plumbing out the day before and they tried to convince me that the main line was completely collapsed and needed to be replaced for $14,000-16,000! Luckily I called Bill's Plumbing and they had no problem clearing out the main line. I highly recommend Bill's Plumbing and am now a dedicated customer of theirs, and won't call anyone else!

Expanded a main floor bathroom to add a shower and relocate the sink and toilet. Tricky job to re-route and add plumbing but Western Peak Plumbing was up for the challenge. Thanks to Marvin, Jerry, D'Angelo, and Jonathan who made it happen.

They had someone available that same day, he came and installed our system so professionally and so quickly! Cassie came to my home to perform preventative maintenance and check of my HVAC system. She was very informative, thorough, and courteous. Thank you Cassie. My original 1-star rating was upgraded following Cassie’s service…. She was punctual and professional. HOWEVER, after the fact follow on appointments had been scheduled two weeks ago for this morning but no call and no show. Called the office and sat on hold for 30 minutes before being disconnected. Save yourself the headache and search elsewhere. Bottom line, quality businesses do not operate in this manner.

These guys are great. Erik and Derek are phenomenal. Gave me options for service, explained the entire process thoroughly, and encouraged me to find a flaw in their work (which I couldn't do). 10/10 would recommend!

Ed is the first person to understand my home heating boiler. I have a base board heating system with 9 zones. Ed spotted the problems and fixed them. He also answered a bunch of questions that I had about the system. He knew what he was doing and was also a really nice guy. He came out the same day that I called in the problem. I had some follow up questions that he took the time to answer. Great service and reasonable price.

Nate’s Plumbing is by far the most dependable plumber in Colorado. He takes care of your home and family and I doubt that any other plumber displays the quality work that this company does!

Bruce arrived over in a timely manner and corrected our bathtub for us! He was super fast to figuring out the simple issue and getting it fixed. (Even though our building maintenance man couldn’t figure it out) nice and man! recommend!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.
