Best Plumbing Leak Detection in Colorado Springs CO

Called about my leaking water heater. The plumber showed up exactly at the scheduled time. Every question I asked was answered with plenty of detail (I was curious about the trade-offs of tankless and electric water-heaters). The plumber was punctual, polite, patient, and obviously passionate about his work. He performed above and beyond, not just replacing the water heater, but making changes for robustness and convenience (the gas line valve was tucked back in a corner behind the water heater, and he moved it out so it could actually be reached, as well as a few other small changes to fix cramped valve placements), and also gave me advice about changes I need to make to my carbon monoxide detector placement in order to pass inspection. Although appearance isn't a priority, I have to say that I am pleased with the way the work looks visually, too. It looks clean and professional; leaps beyond the way it looked before.

As somebody who works for a small company, I always try to gravitate toward small local businesses for my needs. Sometimes you get burned by lazy amateurs, but it's worth it to find local driven professionals who take serious pride in their work.

Had my kitchen drain cleaned out due to previous owner pouring grease down it, terrible odor. Mark came in on short notice and really did a great job. So far no odor and are happy with results. Recommend...

Very knowledgeable and gave me upfront pricing. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it promptly. He gave excellent tips to avoid it in the future. They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

My relationship with One Source began in August, when I requested that they come perform their Heater/AC Tune Up package - a special advertised on a coupon I received in the mail. Scheduling was easy, and the technician Rebecca was prompt and talked me through what she saw/did. If my relationship with One Source ended at this point, I may have left a 5 star review.However, Rebecca identified that my water heater was leaking and recommended replacement. I scheduled the replacement, and Josh came out to begin the job later that week. He recommended a pump be attached to water heater in case the tank failed, as my basement features only a sump pump and not a floor drain. He scheduled this work to be done the following week. The appointment to complete the work was postponed. A new technician showed up to my home to complete the job, and stated that Josh had been fired. He went downstairs to assess the sump pump and continually talked about parts that were installed incorrectly or that were uneccessary (specifically the pump that he was installing that day), however proposed no plan to correct these. This portion was completed in early September.I have had to call One Source almost weekly since to have the plumbing inspection scheduled. Finally, today 10/9/20, building/plumbing inspection was completed. The job failed, because the inspector stated that there must be a smoke alarm in each bedroom of the home (I thought the standard was within 5 feet of the bedroom entry). The inspector continued that he has only communicated this about 400 times to One Source. Yet, there was no mention of this made to me when the job was completed, when inspection was being scheduled, or as part of what I should know when planning for the inspection. I thought this would be the end of my disappointment with One Source, but yet the saga continues...

Ed was awesome. He quickly diagnosed a tile cracked grout issue that was causing a leak. He then very quickly installed a water line to my refrigerator. Very professional, on time and thorough.

Office staff were wonderful when making and reminding me of my appointment. Dominico was very kind and helpful plus my dog likes him and that's always a plus.

Had to replace two water heaters pretty quickly. Olympic City was fast and very competitive on their pricing…. Only took a few hours to install and clean up and they were very professional. Very happy with the work, highly recommend!

I used to work for Wright under previous ownership. The new owners (AIR PROS USA) put out an article saying that they were going to maintain all staff and technicians. I called to inquire about my job (was laid off due to covid) and was told to call back the next week. No answer and no call back! So they are apparently not keeping us on as employees and apparently not taking responsibility on previous work for our customers. I’m so sorry to anyone who has spent money with this company. Ridiculous. Very unprofessional.
