I had a clogged main pipe in the basement. They came hours late as there was an emergency job they were attending to. Despite that being frustrating, Eric apologized and got the job done quickly. He was very courteous and explained how my pipes all worked together as a system, and how to prevent this from happening again. Very professional and left the place cleaner than when he got here. Less than half the price I was quoted at a couple places.

I can’t speak highly enough of Charles. He made an appointment to come to hook up my sinks that had been disconnected for two months. One of them was the kitchen sink and it’s HORRIBLE not having a kitchen sink. He booked the appointment about a week in advance and, of course, we had a huge snowstorm on the day he booked. I was just carrying on with my work from home when low and behold, Charles shows up to my house. I told him I didn’t know if he would make it due to the weather, and he told me he was “a man of his word.” His attention to detail was great and he did an absolutely perfect job. I HIGHLY recommend him and will gladly put my word on any of his work. A+++++

They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Caleb came by just a couple hours after I had to turn off my water because my shower wouldn't cut off. He had the work done in 20 mins for a good price and was an awesome guy to talk to. I'd recommend this company for any plumbing disaster you might have in your house.

When it comes to what you're looking for in an HVAC company, this company has it all. Just an FYI- they're under new ownership, so consider that when looking at older reviews (based on personal experience, it's a whole different ball park). They were timely, had good communication, were trustworthy & ethical.I'll definitely be using them in the future (hopefully no time soon, no offense, guys!) ;)I highly recommend this company after our experience with them.Do not hesitate to call them. So this morning my home security system alarm notified me that there was a water leak in my basement. When I went downstairs I discovered a water leak at the main waterline. Because of the location of the leak I knew I needed a professional plumber so I called Olson Plumbing since my neighbor recommended them since his business had used them for repairs. I called to make an appointment and unfortunately they were booked up. And they told me they could send someone the next day or after normal hours. So I requested the after normal hours, even though it would cost more and hung up. A few minutes later they called and stated that they had a technician who became available and asked if I minded them arriving earlier. So they sent Mike G. to my house he came, he saw and he fixed. All in the shortest time possible. He was professional, polite and cleaned up the area where he did the repairs. Now I see why my neighbor recommended Olson plumbing and I will definitely call them in the future will all of my plumbing needs.

Rescheduled multiple times without warning. Absolutely poor communication with the apartment office and tenants of the unit. Prolonging a one day issue and turning it into a two week issue. Absolutely stay away. If you want a company that will actually show up, use affordable plumbing.
