Excellent Service! We had our sewer line cleaned out and we are so happy with their service and attention to detail. Richard was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything to us and even sent us a video of the line after it was cleaned out. I truly trust this company. I highly recommend you call them before you get ripped off from another company that says the pipe is broken when it's not. The ladies in the office were also wonderful so attentive scheduling my appointment and letting me know when they would come. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Jorge did wonderful job of new basement intall of bathroom and bar. Very personable and consciousness. Highly recommend. Very skilled but at a reasonable price. Completed shower/tub, sink and toilet. Bar install: garbage disposal, sink and dishwasher. Very kind even when we made last minute changes from tile to vinyl floors. He had to redo toilet drain but completed quickly and professionally. Really cares that customer is happy with job. Thank you GSES!

Company missed appointment window, did not notify me they would be late. I called to cancel and they told me they're on their way. I said cancel, they said well she's 45 minutes out. I said that's fine, they can knock on the door but I will not answer. Then they finally cancelled the appointment. Don't let contractors strong arm you. If they do not have time management skills, do not give them your money. If they can't manage their time, you're probably going to receive bad service.

In spite of his busy schedule, Todd was able to fit us in to replace a messy, leaky kitchen faucet for a reasonable price. He is friendly, focused, and does his job well.

I sincerely regret calling this company. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such a lack of professionalism and customer care in a small business. Sounds like we had an experience like a lot of others - not showing up when scheduled and then failing to get the job done the first time.

We even tried using BBB to work out a compromise and they made no effort. What a waste of time. We will never call them again.

The installation process was professional, clean and timely. The warranty is a good one and the products are top of the line. And I must say they gave us the best price in the area.
