Made appointment with them for next day service. Got a text next morning they were on their way arrival in 30 min. 3 hours later still didn’t show up. Their dispatch didnt offer a reason for no show and couldn’t tell me if they would show up today at all. They never showed up and I wasted an entire day waiting. Total BS!

They were actually able to get me in ahead of schedule. Very affordable. We all know plumbing can be expensive but, very surprised at the low cost for my repairs.

They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

The Happy Plumber crew came to my home to take care of a kitchen sink backup. My experience with them was outstanding!! They were professional, friendly, and cared about their work. We had a massive grease clog and the crew did not leave until the problem was taken care of. Can definetly recommend these fellas! Great job!

I sincerely regret calling this company. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such a lack of professionalism and customer care in a small business. Sounds like we had an experience like a lot of others - not showing up when scheduled and then failing to get the job done the first time.

We even tried using BBB to work out a compromise and they made no effort. What a waste of time. We will never call them again.
