Mark did a wonderful job coming out late when we needed help and when other companies couldn't. highly recommend this company.

We had them replace a hot water heater. And an electrician had to wire it in through the breaker box. The regional building inspector came and he failed both the electrical and the installation of the water heater. I have called multiple times trying to schedule a time for the repairs to be done and all I get is some guy that says he’s new and has never done this before. I have asked to talk to someone else that can help me, I’m on hold and then told she is on the phone but will tell her that I called. I have never received a call back from anyone and this has been going on for 3 months. Excuses and lies are all this company is good for.

Eric bore-scoped my sewer line to check for any possible leaks. He didn't find any problems and showed me what he found after setting up his gear. He was on time, polite, professional and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate calling him back for work in the future if I need something done.

Philip helpe changed my sparkplugs on my car and provided me with very insightful information about car maintenance. Philip is extremely honest and provides realistic expectations in terms understandable by any client.

They redid plumbing in the entire master bathroom, rerouted pipes, installed double shower heads, rain showers, did new plumbing for the bathtub.
Everything was done at very reasonable price with water shot off just for few hours. Definitely will hire them again for future projects.

Royce was by far one of the best technicians I’ve had at One Source and CO Springs in general. I had cam lighting installed in my living room. He listened to my questions, concerns, and ideas of what I wanted and worked to ensure my needs were met. Best commercial plumbing outfit in Colorado

I had them check out an air conditioning unit that was not running. It took 10 minutes to diagnose and flip the breaker switch which had been turned off. They also replaced 2 filters. Charged me $198. Yikes. Cleaned my clock as well.

I've got a complicated double boiler tank-less water heater system that is mechanically on par with the space shuttle proving domestic hot water and floor heating and has given me fits with reliability. Paul worked with the manufacturer and fixed this thing giving me a great peace of mind, which I need living in the mountains. Paul knows how to get it done and has my complete trust.
