We had a few inspection items on a home we were purchasing in Monument, one being a leaking pressure valve on hot water heater they repaired the problem; 6 weeks after moving in, we had a leak on same hot water heater, Aaron arrived promptly and replaced the valve at no charge stating they should have replaced it on the initial appointment (different valve). THE BEST!!! Contracted with Wright for furnace, air conditioner and water heater. It became apparent the system needed added return air capacity from upper level. After adding expensive equipment to air conditioner Wright did extensive interior remodeling to accommodate new ducts. And, not one word from Wright about cost of work. Wright's view -price quoted was to make system right. Needless to say, Wright now services the system regularly. Wright has proven itself an honorable organization - real rarity these days.

Paul does excellent work and is very knowledgeable regarding all phases of plumbing. He is fully licensed and insured. He's not the fastest guy out there but you can feel confident that when he's done a job it's been done right.

The generator department was here kind understanding and always willing to educate themselves if they don’t have the answer and the duct cleaning department also were tip top notch. Yes yes yes!!! Smith plumbing are you about making their customers happy to the last drop for the most part. I’ve been doing business with them since Oh gosh, maybe 15 years!!!! Had a water leak from bathroom and it came through the kitchen ceiling. Lujan PSI found and fixed the issue. Very clean and professional. Will use them again if I ever have any plumber issues.

The gentleman who came out to fix our issue was beyond helpful! Polite and offered same day service! He offered to scope our lines and we accepted! We were so glad he did because he solved our issues with the backup! I couldn’t recommend a better business! Priced VERY reasonable and I will definitely be using this company again!
