Excellent service!!! I live in a very old home and I have had Mark out to my house a couple times over the past year. I can't say enough wonderful things about him. He always goes out of his way to fix my root problems quickly. He is reliable, kind, and very reasonable with pricing. He came out late tonight to scope my main line and clean out roots. He is great with working around my schedule and doesn't mind coming out late if needed. I will always call Mark first, and will recommend him to everyone I know. These guys choose wrong name for the company. It's not Affordable at all. If they will come to you, you would already own them already $50. Which is fair enough for the visit. But I refused to pay $340 for simple valve install for dishwasher. This job I can do myself in less then 1 hour (take in consideration I am not plumber). I do software engineering work, but even I don't charge that much per hour. Also I never heard before from service business We don't do it, when it totally related to what they suppose to do.I am sure owner will write along explanation about rating of the company and costumer satisfaction level. But do you really think that plumber job value is $390 per hour? Do you hire highly educated lawyers for plumbing job?Update 3 hour later.Made it myself in 30 min. But lost $50 for quote.

Mikal and Dustin came out right away on a Sunday, took no time finding that our back up was a clog in the downstairs sink, made sure we were comfortable with the price before proceeding. They were very professional and informative and polite. I will definitely be using them again if need be, which as a homeowner we know is very possible! Thanks guys for such a quick service! I was very excited to work with Bill's Plumbing. I received a recommendation from the BNI group that this was a good plumbing company to go with. I scheduled an appointment for 11am Friday. Then, I received a phone call asking if I could reschedule to 8am. Mindy or Amanda at the desk apologized for the early time. I took one for the team, moved my schedule around for the day, and said yes to 8am.

Mike didn't show up. No phone call from him. No phone call from the office. At 9am I was rushing to my next appointment across town. I called the front desk and spoke with Mindy. I added why no one called me about the no-show and why the plumber didn't show up. She replied something to the time of Well, it's the owner and he had another appointment and was trying to get that done. I don't understand why I took one for the team to reschedule when this guy decides to have a conflicting appointment.

Finally, Mike calls while I'm driving to my next appointment to say I'm ready to come over. I was furious. I asked why he didn't call to tell me he wasn't going to be able to make it. Well, I was double booked and I don't start my crews till 9 and I've been so busy.... And it was just all excuses. I'm a principled person. If this company can't respect my time and communicate, then I think that's a good indicator of the type of work they do. I caution you if you decide to use this service.

They redid plumbing in the entire master bathroom, rerouted pipes, installed double shower heads, rain showers, did new plumbing for the bathtub.
Everything was done at very reasonable price with water shot off just for few hours. Definitely will hire them again for future projects.

From the time I called the shop and spoke to Marcey, I had great service. Within an hour, someone came out and looked at the water heater and determined we need a new one. Within a few hours, we had James and Tyler (or Taylor) had the other hot water tank installed. Because one of the pipes were older, it broke and first thing the next morning they were back out and replaced it. I would highly recommend them.

Called to have the pressure tank for our well serviced. Even though Jeremy was booked out a week, he took the time to review photos and make a well service company recommendation! Above and beyond service.

This guy fooled around with my leaky faucet, ending up being unusable, then charged us 130.00 for his body being here. In my book if you can't fix the problem, you don't charge for the problem or was 130.00 a trip charge? Also, he gave an outrageous estimate of 600.00 dollars to put in a washtub. This place is a no-go.
Too bad he was so was so bad we are interested in remodeling our bathroom and now he is 'out'.

Davis with Smith Plumbing was excellent at replacing our water heater. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. He showed up on time and was able to do a thorough job! Highly recommend Smith Plumbing.

Nate was able to schedule me the day I called. He was courteous, calling me twice to let me know when he'd be there, and fixed our clogged toilet very quickly and inexpensively. I will definitely use Nates Plumbing again!

We had a leak under our kitchen sink. Giovanni was here within the hour to begin the process of fixing our leak. He was a lifesaver. Robert was incredibly useful with water restoration clean-up. He was outstanding throughout the process! Then, Jeffrey and Zachary finished up the project of installing our new faucet. Both of them were awesome! I was impressed by how was done and how fair the pricing was considering the time of the evening this occurred and the work to be done. We are very grateful for their services!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Wright installed my air conditioning unit last July. There was a furnace already in the house that Nathan had installed. Nathan and Jeremy came back and did the air install. The area they had to work in was extremely small and they made it fit and even look like it had been there all along. They were very personable and informative, answered all of our questions confidently. They did their job with a smile on their faces and made sure we were satisfied with the job before they left. They left the job site spotless and even called a few days later to make sure everything was working to our liking.
