Best Plumbing Leak Repair in Colorado Springs CO

Called about my leaking water heater. The plumber showed up exactly at the scheduled time. Every question I asked was answered with plenty of detail (I was curious about the trade-offs of tankless and electric water-heaters). The plumber was punctual, polite, patient, and obviously passionate about his work. He performed above and beyond, not just replacing the water heater, but making changes for robustness and convenience (the gas line valve was tucked back in a corner behind the water heater, and he moved it out so it could actually be reached, as well as a few other small changes to fix cramped valve placements), and also gave me advice about changes I need to make to my carbon monoxide detector placement in order to pass inspection. Although appearance isn't a priority, I have to say that I am pleased with the way the work looks visually, too. It looks clean and professional; leaps beyond the way it looked before.

As somebody who works for a small company, I always try to gravitate toward small local businesses for my needs. Sometimes you get burned by lazy amateurs, but it's worth it to find local driven professionals who take serious pride in their work.

Mark was able to come clear our clogged toilet and was very thorough. He ran several tests to make sure the problem was resolved and gave us hints to be sure it didn’t happen again. We asked lots of questions and he explained everything he was doing and why it was needed. He stuck to his quote and left the bathroom clean.

Provided a window of between 1-3p. No show, no call. I get a call at 5p stating the technician is on the way and will be there in 30 minutes... Well, at 6p I get a call saying the tech will be there at 7:30p... or reschedule for 2 days from now... Ummm, no thank you. This is how you conduct business? This is how you respect your customer's time?

My 1st and only experience with them was unprofessional and inconsiderate. My appointment was made on Friday with a thorough explanation of the need for a 1st meet and greet to be between the hours of 430pm and 5pm. The appointment was set, however come Tuesday the day of the appointment exactly 45 minutes before the appointment to be exact the dispatcher calls and tells me that they don't work after 4pm. That should have been said on Friday when the appointment was made that the plumber won't work after 4pm. Now I don't need the work done at that time, I just needed a meeting so even see if they could do the work. A professional dispatcher with a reviewed the dispatches first thing in the morning, noticed the late appointment and maybe effort first thing in the morning to notify the client of the discrepancy and many different arrangements. But to wait 45 minutes before the appointment and then call and say that you wont meet. It's okay.

I have used Bill's plumbing twice. Once after hours for a clogged drain and then today to install a new dishwasher in my home that has never had a dishwasher. They are great to.work.with! Would recommend them for any plumbing service!

They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

Andrés was out to perform my semi-annual A/C system maintenance. He has become my regular service tech and, as always, he was professional and patient; explaining every step of the process. The work they did is fine, but they grossly overcharged me for it. ~$2k to replace a toilet. $318 to diagnose the issue and over $1600 to do the actual work. They use a tiered pricing system and don't break down the bill into parts and labor. I assumed they were giving me a worst-case estimate and that I'd get an actual itemized bill, but no: my statement just says PC10B - BRONZE - Basic Water Saver Fixture Renovation: $1,913, for which I received a $250 Manager Approved Discount. I had them install a ~$300 toilet (maybe even $200, after searching the model # online). So that means they charged me ~$1700-1800 for 3 hrs of labor (1 diagnostic, 2 for the replacement) and haul-away of the old toilet. Even with a 2-man team, that's absurd. My wife was going into labor at the time, so I signed the invoice to get the job finished, but my mother-in-law called around to other plumbers in the area and asked about toilet replacements, and this job should have been in the $850 range. I will not be using this company again, and I'd advise everyone else to steer clear of them.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about Always Plumbing & Heating. My wife and I have been clients of theirs since 1995 and have never had any issues with their work whatsoever. They remodeled both bathrooms in our home, and do regular maintenance work on our furnace and drains. Whenever anyone asks who I would recommend for plumbing or heating work I always refer these guys because they are excellent at what they do.

We had a leaky kitchen facet. Gilbert came right in and got to work. He put in a new facet in no time and still had time to replace a toilet that had been a problem for us. Thank you Gilbert !!!!

I bought an older home with outdated Plumbing and they have helped me bring up to code. Their prices are fair and they're staff is professional. Update I have had to use them again for an additional update to my home's plumbing system and once again their prices were phenomenal and the work is beyond reproach. Landon has got to be the best plumber I have ever dealt with. My latest project was a pot filler and a new garbage disposal.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

WOW... Outstanding service. I had tried a few other companies in town to service our heating unit. Almost everyone suggested that we not service the unit but we should replace it. When asked why, the answer was always Blah, Blah, Blah. Some technical reason. Interestingly not one of the companies we worked with offered the same reason for replacing. I asked the tech from the last company we had out and he indicated that they are supposed to try to replace first and repair second. We had Wright come out to take a look as a second opinion and the tech immediately told me that the unit was fine and should last for many more years as long as we continued to service and keep up with annual maintenance. Only honest answer we ever received. We have continued to have Wright service our furnace and when the day comes to replace, we will use Wright. Thanks for the honest work, that goes along way today.
