As a owner of a property management company it is always great to have vendors you can count on when there is no one else you can call. This has happened many times with Jeff' s company Power plumbing. there is no worries the job will be done right .

Our kitchen drain clogged late on a Saturday night. We live in Falcon and I saw Pro Power's ad online. I called on Sunday and Mark came out the same day. Our drain was fixed and working in 20 minutes. He was very nice and professional. Also, a great price for a Sunday service call. I would highly recommend Pro Power and will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Great kid Dakota who helped me but I will never use this company again! Their rates are much too high for simple jobs. Please shop around. I called them over the years but no longer. A simple toilet problem cost me over $300. They wanted to charge me over $200 per drain for another simple job. Don't ever use this company ever!!!

I called Leos' this morning because i had a backed up showers and standing water in my furnace room. They sent someone out right away and they had the problem fixed in 30 min at a very fair price. Last time this happened we called roto rooter and they quoted us almost 3x's the price of Leo's. We will use Leo's every time we have a problem

I first had Jeff come to my Business just over 33 years ago, I have used them ever since, from plugged sewer to diging up basement floor and replacing rusted out pipes. always done quickly and at a fair price.Jeff retired but his son Mike and other family members continue to operate a first class business. Jorge did wonderful job of new basement intall of bathroom and bar. Very personable and consciousness. Highly recommend. Very skilled but at a reasonable price. Completed shower/tub, sink and toilet. Bar install: garbage disposal, sink and dishwasher. Very kind even when we made last minute changes from tile to vinyl floors. He had to redo toilet drain but completed quickly and professionally. Really cares that customer is happy with job. Thank you GSES!

We had a new water heater & a water softener installed recently. Jeremy was responsive, helpful when we asked questions, texted updates (on his way, picking up water heater, etc), was quick, clean & very knowledgeable (walked us through use & set-up of the softener & let us know air would be in the pipes, funny taste to water as the new softener adjusted, etc.). Great service. We found out about him through our landscaper who used him to install our sprinkler & drip system. He was quick then too & friendly. We are very impressed with his work & he was reasonable on costs as well. We will definitely use him again.

Very knowledgeable and gave me upfront pricing. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it promptly. He gave excellent tips to avoid it in the future. They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

If you ever choose to use this company beware!! They told me that part of one of my bills included a 400 dollar charge for 3 years of by yearly inspections. When I received the invoice that was not listed, I questioned it and they told me to write it on the check and it would be honored. 6 months later when I called I was told that because it was not on the invoice that they would not honor itBasically they ripped me off! I had used them for several other services and was happy, but if this is how they treat their return customers then they will never have me as a customer again!

I called Always about an issue with my hot water heater; a technician was dispatched just a couple of hours after my call. When Ed arrived at my house he was friendly, professional and courteous. After looking things over he offered an an honest opinion on what might be needed; no flim flam or attempt to convince me I needed additional parts or repairs. In short order he had everything back up and running and left everything clean and tidy. I will absolutely go to Always for any more plumbing needs; whether repairs or projects.

I'm confused! I call because I need service to my main line. The receptionist transferred me to so.eplace called roto-rooter. I call back saying I think I was transferred to wrong place and the number disconnects. I call back, the last time, and it says sorry, your call cannot be answered at this time. I enjoyed reading the reviews but maybe you dont want my business, I'm at a loss. I'll have to call someone else.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

If I could give a zero I would. I called to schedule my yearly AC service. Two months out? Unacceptable. Increase your capacity. We purchased an AC, furnace and water heater within the span of about six months early last year and have a contract for three years of AC and furnace services. I expect that to be honored within a timely manner and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. The manager was extremely disrespectful and rose her voice with me when I requested some sort of resolution. This is not the way a business should be ran.

My husband even phoned to gain some further information and when she found out who he was she instantly rose her voice with him. Then a general manager phoned my husband and began to curse at him when he asked for business address. Stated to find it online. Aren't you supposed to provide that when asked? It seems like you're hiding something.
