Nick was great. Starting with the call to tell me he would be at the house in 20 min. Then showing up on time. Next, he took the time to answer my questions and explain how the faucet system worked since I had tried to fix it but was not successful. He was very affordable and did a great job. I will be calling Enki when out water heater needs replacing.

Joshua Thomas arrived with an apprentice to fix boiler that was squeaking. Found that it was just a setting. Olson had just been out 1 month prior for annual cleaning. So, Joshua did not charge for this repair.

Amazing people! They’re always here within 24 hours of calling! Always on time! Or early! They installed a new furnace and AC unit for us within a day! Super clean about it! They did the work as soon as they could especially since we have a 5 month old in the house. Andrew, Jacob, and Caleb, were the ones here for the install! Jacob was the one who came out and found out we needed a new unit. They’re super friendly. They explain everything they’re doing! Stephanie in the office is amazing and super sweet! Since when it comes to inspections they only tell them a day and it’s anywhere between 8-5, she made sure to call us to at least let us know what number we were on the list so we could leave for a little if we had too! Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

Today was my first experience with FlowRight. Eric and Damian came out (separately) from the Pueblo office to my home to replace my Evaporative Cooler pump and fix leaks I had in my sprinkler heads. Both were very professional and answered all the questions I had; showing off their expertise. I was very pleased with their demeanor and work ethic. I would use FlowRIght again, especially if I get Eric and Damian again!

Found myself in an emergency this morning. Called these gentlemen and they were on site within two hours; problem fixed within four hours total. I couldn't have asked for a better crew. Without doubt the highest recommendation I can give.
