the owner is very rude especially to his employees! For a customer to see that on the job more then once is disgusting I will never use him again.

The company had completed a major project for us a couple years ago. It was a positive experience. I had a service completed on our toilet and followed up with the company about part of the fix but my inquiry was never resolved.

I had shared with the plumber during his visit we had just installed new parts a few days before but think they may need to be adjusted because it didn't seem like we installed properly. He ended up purchasing a new part (of the exact part we had) and replaced it and charging us.

I followed up with the owner and his son and to see what their thoughts were about their service plumber not investigating the installation first to see if it could be tweaked and simply replacing it with a new identical part.

The owner and son said they would follow up with the plumber and follow up with us. Never heard back from them.

Chris at Team Plumbing is amazing. He does great work and is very responsive. Had him out to fix a clogged drain and a leak. We would recommend.

Very nice to work with, easy to schedule, quick response time. We had them install an A/C 8 yrs ago and even though we didn't do a yearly inspection on it, they cut us a break on the repair charges when it was having issues.

Extremely professional, fair priced, with fast quality install. Alphalete Mechanical comes highly recommended. I can not say enough great things about Diego and his team, for now on they are my go to company!

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

Whoever yall have driving a white pickup truck (ACX-K68) needs to learn how to drive in a company vehicle. Speeding and cutting people off just to get one car length is crazy.

Flowright employees, Joe Archuleta and Christian Johnson, did an excellent job in diagnosing and repairing our boiler which provides not only hot water for our daily use but also our radiant floor heating. If you want to be lied to, financially taken advantage of and then ignored when you want answers then, Bestway Mechanical is the solar installer for you. If you want to work with an honest company that has integrity, then I would go with another solar company.
