A classic plumbing situation, sudden failure of a pressure attenuation valve, a spraying jet of water....naturally on a Sunday afternoon. B&L promptly answered the phone, quickly determined who could immediately get to the house, efficiently diagnosed the problem, and courteously communicated the information....and they skillfully fixed the problem! The bottom line results were great, but equally important, the people interactions were a delight, right through their followup call to make sure we were satisfied.

Absolutely amazing work! I called Mark at midnight and he responded and arrived at my home within an hour. As he worked on the problem he walked me through what exactly was wrong and explained the solutions to take care of it clearly and throughly. Within an hour and a half he was done and my pipes are good as new. He wasn't insanely pricey nor does he charge stupid late night fees.
