Ed was working across the street and we needed a plumber due to inspection done for sale of our home. I called the # on his truck and he came over as soon as he was done...no appointment! He's great, friendly, didn't charge us extra for last minute service or anything!

My guy John was just outstanding. After calling two other places, this was the only one that felt my urgency. I live in a condo and with a leaky hot water heater could have caused huge damages to my downstairs neighbor that turned out to be rusted underneathe. He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable, came out promptly. Absolutely amazing and off a friends referral. Will tell others and would use again. Thank you so much for saving my day!

My husband and I completely renovated our mother-in-law suite and Efrain helped us with numerous tasks. From framing, drywall installation, bathroom repairs to electrical work. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and delivers quality work! I highly recommend him.

They sent out a mechanic that spent 10-15 minutes out here for $149 to tell me the whole system to include the furnace and hvac need to be replaced and that they will not fix the problem that they THINK is the problem. So they also didn't confirm the actual problem stopping them from following up with the fix!

Comfort by Design installed new furnace and air conditioning. Jeremy, Mike, Anthony and Dustin were great. They were on time and were able to complete the large project in one day. Jeremy took time to explain all the work they did and what next steps would be. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. I will call them again for any HVAC or plumbing needs.

I had thought my garbage disposal was toast. I had disassembled it, hit the reset button and did everything I'd read to do but still didn't have a functioning unit. So I called Green Plumbing and Zack showed up on time, was very professional and friendly. He also made me feel somewhat foolish as he looked at the unit for about 5 minutes and told me it wasn't actually broken, and proved as much. He didn't charge me for taking up his time, a gesture which will definitely make Green Plumbing my first call for when I have an actual plumbing issue!

My overall experience was good with the gentleman who did the work if this review was based solely on that it would be 5 stars, however, it’s not. The missing two stars is because of the companies invoice policy on charging for the time it takes their employees to get to my house to start working and then billing for time he is not working waiting for supplies to be delivered to start work. As a company you don’t charge your customers when work is not being done and your guy is sitting around doing nothing you as a company eat that cost and find other ways to be profitable, but not at the expense of the customer.

We had a busted pipe during a freeze. The Pikes Peak crew showed up fast and fixed the issue quickly. They did a great job and were very efficient. I'll be using them in the future for any plumbing work at my home.

We setup an appointment to get our garbage disposal repaired and an extra house removed for the toilet as we just moved in. Repairs were good and everything’s ok, but then they turn around and invoiced us 500 dollars for less than an hour of labor when he’s making the repairs. I was informed of a $75 dollar service charge to visit and inspect if we didn’t have them do the repairs. Totally fine and Normal, but you can not tell me that the initial visit and the repairs, which took less than 2 hours all together for both visits is worth 500 dollars of labor. The cost of parts was ~220 with, again, is normal; but this blind-sided rip off of labor cost is robbery. I even called their offices for 3 time a week for 3 weeks to get an explanation and they kept saying no managers are available and they will get back to me without asking for details like my invoice number or address and number to reach back out to me. Just straight up robbery. Only reason they got 2 stars is because the repairs were actually done right.

I just moved in and the previous owner didn't winterize correctly. I found a leak and Cory came out and drained my pipes and checked it out for free! Great guy and now my future plumber.

Knowledgeable and professional. Honest in diagnosis and repair. Will use again and again.
