I just wanted to take a moment to post my experiences with Affordable Plumbing & Heat. My experience with them was top-notch from scheduling the appointment to repair completion.I had a cracked pipe connected to an outdoor faucet that was leaking into my wall, laundry room and living room.Justin was the technician that came out to do the repair. He was extremely courteous and professional from start to finish. The repair only took him about 50 minutes and he kept me informed evey step of the way. He even took the time to show me where the pipe had cracked and gave me tips to avoid the problem in the future.Justin even went the extra mile and applied the $50 plumbing repair discount that is available online without me even mentioning it.I highly recommend Affordable Plumbing & heat to anyone in need of their services!

Bill's Plumbing cleared out the clogged main line in my house. They showed up earlier than expected, which was a relief! They were very professional, knowledgeable, fast and friendly. I had Sveagle Plumbing out the day before and they tried to convince me that the main line was completely collapsed and needed to be replaced for $14,000-16,000! Luckily I called Bill's Plumbing and they had no problem clearing out the main line. I highly recommend Bill's Plumbing and am now a dedicated customer of theirs, and won't call anyone else!

Our toilet developed a leak & began to run continuously; I contacted Western Peak Plumbing & got an immediate response. Although they were booked up for 3 days, they made an appointment & within a few hours recontacted me & booked a slot for the next day. The young man sent to provide the service was pleasant, polite & very personable. He also had a delightful sense of humor & most importantly, knowledgeable about how to fix the problem. The cost was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company & I will not hesitate to call them again!

I honestly wouldn’t give this company even 1 star. By far the worse place I have ever gone for service. Being a veteran owned business you would expect so much more professionalism and honesty as a business code. Unfortunately, this company is full of dishonest representatives who promise you incentives and then take it all back once you sign up for the warranty. I installed a water softener unit, purchased the 5 year warranty plan, and got my pipes redone and “flushed” through them. Patrick Cape promised that I would receive 5 years worth of salt that they would come and personally put in every month and I wouldn’t have to worry about maintaining it for 5 years. That sounded great right? Well come to find out that was all lies, even though I have it written down on the contract saying they would do it: I’ve had there unit for 7 months and haven’t gotten a single bag of salt. THEN, when you try to call them to get a solution all they do is send you here and then there, and never actually resolve the issue. They promise they will have a supervisor call you within the next couple days... 7 months later, I’ve had absolutely no resolution. If you want to work with a company that puts their customers first and doesn’t lie just to get you to spend money, this IS NOT the company for you. They are absolutely horrible and scammers.

Service Tech Pilar C. and assistant successfully completed the requested Gas Line connection, and appliance test afterward, professionally and to my expectation.

They did a fantastic job and the cost was less than expected. They even fixed a few other minor unrelated issues and didn't charge for them. I'll be calling them again if I experience any further problems.

From start to finish, Gavin was nothing but professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about the company when I was asking him questions and was eager to let me know how much the company has grown! He installed my toilet, all while being polite and keeping good conversation (I’m a talker...lol)! He even took the empty toilet box to the trash for me!
