When my kids broke part of the toliet I didn't even know what it was called. We called three different places and Mark called us back almost right away. In fact, the other two never returned my call. He came out and fixed that no problem and another issue we were having with the pipes screaming. Then when I had an emergency just a few days later he called me right back again and being out on another job he talked me through how to shut of the water to the house until he could get there. He came the same afternoon AND was able to repair my leak without having to install brand new parts, only charging me labor. NO ETHICS UPDATE: They had their marketing flack call me to complain about this review. She whined and sobbed about the criticism, yet would not commit to letting me speak to a manager. She agreed that NO work was performed, and that they had provided three quotes for the WRONG WORK, but was adamant that her company deserved to keep my money.Affordable cheated my family out of hard earned money, plain and simple.SURPRISE CHARGES, WRONG DIAGNOSIS! After four years and thousands of dollars in plumbing and and HVAC projects with Affordable, we are forced to find a new company.The technician was on time and polite, but wrote three estimates for the wrong work and ultimately stuck us with a $164 charge for the visit. No work was performed, we were not warned of the charge, and we have never been charged for an estimate before. He went so far as to apologize for the charge, explaining that it was beyond his control and a surprise to him as well.When I called the office to discuss the charge, they refused to even acknowledge they had been paid. They could not answer simple questions about whether that charge would be applied to future project work, or if this was a new policy since the last time we had them in. Ultimately, the woman refused to transfer me to a manager, and nobody ever followed up with me. I have had to pursue a charge dispute with my bank to recover the surprise $164 charge.I called a small, local company who located the *actual* issue, which was very different from what Affordable had told us. We paid $175, where Affordable had quoted over $1000.

This company is great! I Had a clogged kitchen sink and this company was fast and efficient on coming out to repair. They fixed the issue, when others had failed. Richard the tech that came out was not only nice but went above and beyond on repairing the issue- even risked his safety going on top of my roof to unclog the vent that was filled with tree roots. Thank you Richard and Leos Sewer & Drain. Exceptional service- highly recommended!

Bill's Plumbing cleared out the clogged main line in my house. They showed up earlier than expected, which was a relief! They were very professional, knowledgeable, fast and friendly. I had Sveagle Plumbing out the day before and they tried to convince me that the main line was completely collapsed and needed to be replaced for $14,000-16,000! Luckily I called Bill's Plumbing and they had no problem clearing out the main line. I highly recommend Bill's Plumbing and am now a dedicated customer of theirs, and won't call anyone else!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. A different contractor did a sewer line job on the neighbors property that backs up to my property (the houses are back-to-back...no fence). The job ended up dragging on for weeks. One night I came home and found a large equipment trailer (think large horse trailer) parked in my driveway next to the house. This trailer belonged to Olson Plumbing who was working as a sub for the other contractor. I called the number on the trailer and left a voicemail, which was never returned. Someone stopped that night (prime contractor) to apologize for it being there and that it would be gone by 7:30 the next morning. Turns out it was a compressor that ran all night. The next afternoon it was still there when I returned home. I called the number on the trailer to have it removed, which was done that night. The next morning there were workers in my driveway stretching out sewer lining and backing a van up my driveway. I informed them I was done having them use my property for access and work area and asked them to use the easement if they needed needed some space. I was told it would only take 30 minutes and it was the “only way” they could do the job. When done, one individual (owner?) apologized for the intrusion and left.
