I highly recommend Powers Plumbing! I have used them several times for various plumbing issues and have always been pleased. Jeff has been professional, honest and has always explained what the problem was and given me repair options before starting work. He is responsive when I call him and can usually get me into his schedule pretty quickly. He is my go to plumber!

Pro Power Rooter Service is the best! My kitchen drain was plugged and as I started calling various services – they are were unwilling to do a “same day” emergency job. Mark responded immediately and provided pricing up front as well. He arrived within a few hours on an extremely cold night with icy roads. Not only did he address the obvious problem, but spent extra time scoping the pipes with his camera – and showing us some potential issues. He offered to come back in 2 days and clean the pipes, which he did. He was enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable and committed to getting the job done right. In the future he will be the one I call should I need either plumbing or drain issues resolved!!

Plumber was professional and thorough and stayed until the task was done even as late as 10:45 at night. We slept a whole lot better that night knowing our downstairs wouldn't be flooding anymore!

These guys were great. The only reason I don't give them a five is because of there payment method. They took my card number on a sheer of paper and didn't turn in until a week later. I get a call on a Friday holiday weekend saying I haven't played. Had to freeze my account until Tuesday come to find out the crew that came out didn't turn in my payment. Now a days this is unacceptable.

Excellent service when they finally show up. Plan on many cancelled appointments without them letting you know they canceled. Not the same as the old Heat Depot company. Reminds me of big corporations buy out little companies that do well and then they forget about the little guy because the profit margins are not as great. Little disappointed, I take that back a lot disappointed. I’ve been with the company over 13 years, Started with the Brothers that originated the company and gave a personal touch to their customers. They set out a plan for heating and air conditioning replacement, along with wonderful ductwork sealant before I retired. This companies technicians are always great, helpful and knowledgeable. The management is the problem. I hope somebody is listening.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Why I rated them a one!! So my sale guy Dustin quoted me a price of a 3.5 capacity cooling system.When installation was being done,I was told that it was too big of cooling system for my home of 2204 sq ft home.So they decided to install a 3.Capacity instead. So I was told by the installer it would be a price difference.BIG SURPRISE FOR ME.
After installer taking all day after being told it will take 4 hour of installation. they arrived at 9till6pm they finished So I went into office next day to have price adjustment I was told it will only be $150.00 off.I ask to see the price of unit they Refuse to show me the price of Bryant 113A unit.
I said toDustin that it was about 1,000.00 dollars different. He STATED THAT PER HIS BOSS he was not allowed to show me the price difference!!!
My advice get the written contact of pricing agreements THAT IS HAND WRITTEN BY SALE PERSON OF BREAKDOWN ASWELL AS THE HOMEOWNER AGREEMENT!!
