I called Mark on Friday afternoon for a diagnosis on rapid backup issues in the primary bathroom. He quickly got back to me with his possible diagnosis and came out the same night to investigate the mainline blockage and clear it out. After working for several hours, our piping proved to be challenging and he returned the next evening to successfully clear out several root balls as well as making toilet repairs on his way out. We had a leak in our shower that needed to be tended to. Not really knowing of a good plumber, I went online to do some research and came across Western Peak Plumbing. Based on the all the positive reviews I scheduled an appointment with them. Jerry came out and quickly identified the problem. As he went to work, he was explaining the issues with me but then the job was stalled due to the a piece of the faucet that was seized. Although the leak wasn’t able to be reconciled that day, Jerry offered a possible solution to try and loosen the part and requested to come out the next day and work on the leak again. He was back out even earlier than scheduled the following morning. His solution did work and the part was fixed. Western Peak Plumbing is professional, responsive, informative and provide great service at a fair price. I will recommend their services to other family and friends, and will use them again for any future plumbing needs!

Jeremy is my go to gas line install guy. I install landscaping and he installs all my gas lines needed for any customer. I have heard several times that him and the crew were amazing. I will continue using them on all jobs. Even if we have to wait a bit. Great service and prices.

One Source us the worst company I have ever done business in my life. They have completey ghosted us not once, not twice but 5 times in the middle of a job, wothout calling. Two of those times we called off work so that somebody would be here when they were scheduled to be here. If that wasn't bad enough, we paid them for a service to be finished (it's taken them literal weeks) and they promised us they would be out here today to finish the job, and once again they were a no show. Once again, they didn't even call. When you call the office to ask to speak to a manager they don't have any numbers, they will not let you speak with anyone. They say We will send them an email to call you back and shocker, no one ever calls back. Save your money and never deal with one source

WOW... Outstanding service. I had tried a few other companies in town to service our heating unit. Almost everyone suggested that we not service the unit but we should replace it. When asked why, the answer was always Blah, Blah, Blah. Some technical reason. Interestingly not one of the companies we worked with offered the same reason for replacing. I asked the tech from the last company we had out and he indicated that they are supposed to try to replace first and repair second. We had Wright come out to take a look as a second opinion and the tech immediately told me that the unit was fine and should last for many more years as long as we continued to service and keep up with annual maintenance. Only honest answer we ever received. We have continued to have Wright service our furnace and when the day comes to replace, we will use Wright. Thanks for the honest work, that goes along way today.
