I have used Jeff at Powers Plumber for more than 6 years. He has repaired and modified my sprinkler system, replaced a water heater, replaced hardware in two bathrooms and gave some very useful advice on a water drainage problem in my yard. Jeff is very professional, does the work exactly as he promised, for the price he quoted and finishes on time. I have lived all over the country (26 year Air Force veteran) and Jeff is the best, most reliable plumber I have ever used.

Western peak plumbing was great. They were responsive and have very competitive prices. They were extremely professional and did quality work. And if you're curious during a pandemic they were very hygenic and wore masks the whole time. Very friendly as well.

Brandon was my tech and he did an outstanding job. I stayed with him the entire time and he explained what was going on. He answered all of my questions and told me if things were getting to that point when they need replacing. He didn’t try to convince me that I needed additional repairs, but did provide me with sound advice on keeping my AC and furnace lasting for years.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Had a pipe leak on my water heater. Not only did he show up immediately, but had it fixed in no time. And rather than just replacing with the same inferior part from the original installer that failed, he took the time to do the job right.

Called to have them clean and inspect my air ducts as well as talk with a technician about the blower in my furnace. On the day they were supposed to come out, they were extremely late. When I contacted them, I talked with a very professional and polite lady. Sounded like there was a lot of confusion. She was able to connect me with a tech there at the office. He was able to answer a majority of my questions on the phone but was not able to give me the specific information that I needed. The tech explained that it would require a site visit (like the one I scheduled). She was able to find a cleaning crew that could come to my house. After being 6.5 hours late on when they were supposed to be there, a crew showed up. Unfortunately, the wife and I had an appointment that we needed to get to. I had to contact my father so he come over to let them into the house. Sounded like they cleaned the air ducts but did not do an inspection with the camera like I had requested. Will not be scheduling anything with them in the future. Sounds like there is a lack of communication within the office as well as with their customers. 100% unreliable.
