Amazing service quick

Rick did a great job. He's knowledgeable, thorough and does clean work.

Hired in October 2016 to replace pilot starter on water heater. Saturday, 22 Apr, water pilot went out and would not restart. Called tech on duty and also filled out work request on line. Would not listen to fact that city utilities had already been there, insisted that I go thru restarting procedures. After assuring him that pilot would not lit, was more interested in telling me the price of service call. Agreed to wait until Monday for service. Called Monday, was informed one technician was out on an emergency and repairs could not be made til 0800 Wed, 26 Apr.
Would not budge, not try to fit into schedule, or make any concessions. To expect a customer to go 96 hours without hot water is unreasonable.

Very professional and responsive. James was on time and reviewed the issue we had with our plumbing . Very meticulous in both his work and also protecting work area with tarps etc. Thorough check after completing work to insure all was in order. If need service again will definetly use Mr. Rooter!! Tremendous from initial call to job complete!

Update: Keith came out today and did a fantastic job. I was not charged for his services; he was very professional and thorough. I guess the other technician was just having a really bad day or something. They said that was really out of character for him. We are only human; so I will give him the benefit of the doubt. Parkey's is very lucky to have a technician like Keith and I hope they realize it. I can not give 5 stars because of the experience with capacitor, but I will give them 4 stars because they seemed to care about correcting something that was wrong. I know that if I use them in the future I will specifically ask for Keith.Please look at their yelp reviews much more accurate than these manipulated google reviews. Horrible price gouging and incredibly terrible service. My first experience with Parkey's was with Keith an extremely nice technician; prices were high but he made up for it. Fast forward a year later and the capacitor goes out. We called Parkey's again only for the reason that they have serviced us before. They send out another technician who was easily the least friendly person I've met in Colorado. They charged me $400 for a turbo 200x multi capacitor. (they are gonna feed you some B.S. about the warranty with it). You can buy that piece yourself for about $75 in store or online. He then has the audacity to tell me to call them for yearly cleaning on the unit hes working on. So charges me $400 and cant even do a minor cleaning with that charge. Spent more time in his van then he did working on my unit. Told the guy thank you when he was done; he just stared at me and didn't even respond. So now two weeks later dealing with the AC dripping water and my wife is still waiting for the manager to call us back. Parkey's is easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please save yourself the trouble and use any reputable service in the springs; these people are terrible.

Diego and his team are a true pleasure to work with. Not only are they professional and take the time to explain everything, but they are all very genuinely kind and positive people. They were great about working me into their schedule on short notice and they have very fair prices and honest explanations about any questions you may have. I have nothing but praise for Diego, Walter, Alvino and the team. Thank you guys!

Very responsive, unfortunately our schedules didn't work out

Roto-Rooter technician Conner showed up on time and introduced himself. He was very professional in knowledge and in uniform. I explained my problem and he proceeded with a few tests and he gave me the price for the work to be performed and there was no haggling on my behalf. He attacked the problem with confidence and ease all the while conversing with me throughout the process. He completed the job and made some recommendations on what I needed to do to help prevent future clogged drains. He cleaned up his work area and we took care of the final paperwork. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and I give very high marks to this technician. He obviously knows his job and it appears he is ready for more responsibilities.Great job and again, great experience.Regards,Ron

This company is amazing, I had a problem with another company for a leak under my kitchen sink, They made it worse, I had a leak in my shower they made it worse, but when I called this company, Aaron was sent to my house, He was amazing he talk to me he explain stuff to me we laughed we talked he was good. I definitely 100% recommend this company when you have problems he was on time they made my appointment for the next day, I didn’t have to wait a week He explained what he did what needed to be done.
