Best Home Comfort System in Colorado Springs CO

We finally decided to get AC for our house and One Source installed the new unit in March 2021. We used the AC for the first time over a week ago and noticed it was not cooling our house. I called and got an appointment for Friday June 11th 10-12 pm. Friday arrived and at 10:30, One Source called to reschedule my appointment because they had too many calls and short staffed. As we were going into a heat wave I was not happy about that, but tried to be understanding. New appointment was scheduled for Tuesday June 15th 1-3 pm. I called Monday and confirmed my time and was assurd my time was Tuesday June 15th 1-3 pm. On Tuesday at 2:30 pm I still had not heard anything and called to check when the technician would be coming. First call the lady who answered said she needed to transfer me and I was disconnected. Second time same person said she needed to transfer me and I got voice mail. At 3:30 pm, my husband tried and the lady who answered let my husband know they were running late but the technician would be out that day. At 5 pm the technician, Brandon called and said he could not be to my house for another 3 hours, but he could schedule me for Wednesday morning. I told him we would be up and because it was very hot in our house we would like him to come. Brandon arrived around 7:30 pm. He spent around 20-25 minutes and said it was a faulty thermostat and someone else would come out Wednesday morning and left. Wednesday morning we got a new technician, Marco. He went above and beyond to inspect everything with our new AC unit. He was very informative, courteous and professional. Additional issues were found regarding the initial installation and the lack of coolent. When it came time to sign, Marco said that Brandon had gotten the signatures. I informed Marco that I did not sign anything, but thought my husband had. When my husband got back home I asked him and he said he never signed anything for Brandon. This is concerning if a technician would forge a signature. Marco is the reason I am giving 3 stars instead of one. I was glad to hear that we could request him for any future needs.

Team arrived at the time expected and completed project rapidly and thoroughly.

Amber came out and did a furnace tune up. He was very professional and had a lot of good maintenance recommendations as to how to keep our furnace and furnace humidifier running more efficiently. He was knowledgeable and professional and did a great job! I would use WireNut again.

The technician called to let me know he was ahead of schedule, so he came 1/2 hour earlier and completed the work in 45 minutes. He was very professional.
