Oakview Mechanical did an EXCELLENT job replacing our furnace and air conditioner. Unlike other companies who we received estimates from, they realized that our vent pipe needed to be upgraded to accommodate a newer furnace, and they completed that for us as well. Tim provided a fair estimate and also took the lead on getting the job done in a timely manner. Thank you!

Fantastic! Deigo really knows his stuff. He was professional, friendly, efficient, and asks questions to make sure you get what you expect. He re-did a job that a handyman company referred by Home Depot messed up so badly. When he was finished, it looked exactly how I had wanted it to. The price was very fair and he cleaned up after the job was finished. We have a plumber for life now! I'll never call anyone else!

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

Scott, the Owner and his team are AWESOME! This morning I noticed my furnace wasn't running, I texted Scott and in 5 minutes I had a call from his off and him letting me know a technician would be here to take a look! I had this company install my new furnace, air conditioning and tankless water heater this summer and I am so pleased with their professionalism and dedication to EXCELLENT work and customer care!

My AC went out right when summer started and they were able to replace the whole unit very quickly. I’ve had no problems since.

I would highly recommend Affordable Plumbing, Heading, and Cooling! Kelly (in the office) is so sweet and helpful, Frankie (the plumbing manager) is very responsive and professional, and Brandon (my plumber) was simply fantastic!

I had three faucets that were dripping and had rusted out the stoppers in the sinks. Brandon informed me that since my faucets were Delta, I could call them and they would send me replacement parts for free. I called Delta and emailed them photos of my faucets, and they sent me my replacement parts free of charge. I did go ahead and pay for Delta to send me new sink stoppers so the rusted ones could be replaced.

In addition to the faucets dripping, I had a toilet that needed to be rebuilt. Every time you flushed it, it made a terrible noise in the walls. Brandon told me what I needed to purchase for him to be able to repair it, and he even recommended a place for be to purchase the parts.

Finally, I figured that if I was going to have a plumber on hand, I might as well upgrade my shower head. I selected one and sent the link for it to Brandon for his inputs. He confirmed the great reviews isy read about it online and again provided me with a location where I could purchase it.

Overall, APHC was great to work with. I have saved their card so that I will have it should I ever need their services again.

I had a new technician this year after using one previously for many years. He was very efficient and explained everything as he was working. I was very pleased and will request him next spring for air conditioning service.
