We were very happy with Nathan. He arrived on time, was clean, professional, did the maintenance we needed quickly, gave us a few observations on our system and a couple services they could provide to improve airflow efficiency, but didn’t come across as pushy about it. I would be inclined to use OneSource again as Nathan left a good impression of himself and the company.

Been using HVAC Solutions for many, many years (about 16 I believe) for my furnance and A/C. . Always efficient, on time, knowledgeable, honest, thorough, explains everything, and just the best Heating and A/C business in town. Kudos and thanks to Johnny today for another through and complete service on my furnance.

Our house got hit by lightning and our AC stopped working. We called Olsen as they were the ones who instilled/permitted the unit when we bought the house. The technician was a cool guy, but he charged us for 6.5 hours of labor when he was at the house a total of MAYBE 4 hours. Olsen charges from the time of dispatch, so it includes drive time. Additionally, when we went to turn the unit on (3 days later) it kicked on for about 10 seconds then lost power completely. We called the after hours number to ask if someone would come out as it was working. We were told that even though we just spent a lot of money to get our ac working, they couldn't guarantee there wouldn't be a charge as, it may not be related to what was fixed. Once my AC is working again, I will NEVER be using Olsen again.

Excellent company and people... I called with a broken water heater and within a few hours they had a guy out for a quote, got an electrician here for a quote (converting to electric from gas) and got both scheduled for later in the same day.

Highly recommend this company as well as the partners they work with.

The owner, Scott, came out on Tuesday for a quote and beat all other quotes. We had an appointment set up for us the very next day and the install went incredibly smooth. All technicians and installers were incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgable. We will definitely be calling them for all our future HVAC and plumbing needs.

David and Matt showed up on time, handled the issue quickly even with having to run to the store for some pipe. Price was best in town. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

They came and fixed the plumbing for our washing machine & got everything done as quickly as possible. Saved the day! Thanks!
