Best Heater Maintenance in Colorado Springs CO

I’ve used them once before and they have been great on both occasions.

I was very excited to work with Bill's Plumbing. I received a recommendation from the BNI group that this was a good plumbing company to go with. I scheduled an appointment for 11am Friday. Then, I received a phone call asking if I could reschedule to 8am. Mindy or Amanda at the desk apologized for the early time. I took one for the team, moved my schedule around for the day, and said yes to 8am.

Mike didn't show up. No phone call from him. No phone call from the office. At 9am I was rushing to my next appointment across town. I called the front desk and spoke with Mindy. I added why no one called me about the no-show and why the plumber didn't show up. She replied something to the time of Well, it's the owner and he had another appointment and was trying to get that done. I don't understand why I took one for the team to reschedule when this guy decides to have a conflicting appointment.

Finally, Mike calls while I'm driving to my next appointment to say I'm ready to come over. I was furious. I asked why he didn't call to tell me he wasn't going to be able to make it. Well, I was double booked and I don't start my crews till 9 and I've been so busy.... And it was just all excuses. I'm a principled person. If this company can't respect my time and communicate, then I think that's a good indicator of the type of work they do. I caution you if you decide to use this service.

Amazing service, can’t recommend enough. Saw their ad, arranged for an appointment the next day, very quick response time. They had someone available that same day, he came and installed our system so professionally and so quickly! He came with the equipment and parts he needed without knowing what he would find when he got here. 100% scam artist. They changed their name once already to get out of their obligations. I made the mistake of using them to install an air conditioner and will never use them again. They also will not take me off of their marketing list. I am continually reminded why I dislike them every time they call or text me. Do not use this company!If you look at the people that are leaving these nice reviews, they only have one or two total reviews. We just started to have water leaking through our ceiling from our upstairs shower. Marvin got an appointment scheduled very quickly and Jerry came out to fix it. They were amazing. Super thorough and very high quality. Jerry was able to quickly diagnose and fix the leak for much less money than I expected. We have a bunch of other plumbing things we want done and I’ll definitely be using them for my future plumbing.

Great experience. Shawn identified the problem quickly and was able to get replacement parts immediately. Within a couple of hours my boiler heater was working better than it ever had in the past (I've had it for eight years). Wright was able to schedule my appointment same day and arrived as planned. I'd absolutely recommend them.

Reviews are important to consumers, especially in the home mechanical areas because we need competent, insured technicians fixing our issues and that's what I get with Paul and why I'm writing a review. I've got a complicated double boiler tank-less water heater system that is mechanically on par with the space shuttle proving domestic hot water and floor heating and has given me fits with reliability. Paul worked with the manufacturer and fixed this thing giving me a great peace of mind, which I need living in the mountains. Paul knows how to get it done and has my complete trust. Call Paul if you have tough problems, you won't regret it.

Ed was great! He showed up on time, installed our utility sink promptly and professionally. His rates were very fair and I sincerely recommend Ed and Always Plumbing.

Smith was recommended by a friend that had AC installed by them. I got multiple estimates and went with Smith because they were competitive and Mike made me feel comfortable with the process and how they would deliver. Jon and Dylan started at 8 and worked until 8 in the evening to complete our AC install. They were friendly and diligent. We had a big crew at different times of the day and everyone was courteous and professional and worked to complete the job same day. Travis and Kyle even left after installing our water heater and came back at 7 pm to calibrate the mixing valve after the gas was back on upon furnace completion. Jonathan and Kevin put in the effort to make the electrical work the way we asked to hide the runs and give us the result we wanted. The team worked well together and while I can’t speak to reliability yet, the installation was a great experience and everything works well (we haven’t run the furnace yet, but…).

They have served my needs for over twenty years. Never a problem.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

My water heater recently stopped working. In dire need of hot water, OCP was quick to take the call and replace my water heater. If you’re looking for a quick reputable service, look no further than OCP.

They unclog my sink toilet and shower in one go their running so smoothly now. I feel more comfortable and more aware when using them. Only took two hours it was so good to know I could take a shower at the end of the day after they finish.

These folks are reliable, honest, and prompt. I’ve used them several times in the past for things we’ve needed done. I highly recommend their service, and will be using them for all my needs.

We were told that someone should show up between a four hour period and no one showed up and no one bothered to call us to let us know they wouldn’t be showing up. When I called and asked why we weren’t notified that they wouldn’t be here when they said they would be, I was told we just didn’t call. Then still didn’t get an exact time when someone would be here. I ended up wasting a whole day waiting for someone to show. Very unprofessional

Excellent customer service. Chris and Aaron came out within 24 hours of my call, even though it was not an emergency. They removed a jammed item in our garbage disposal that was making it sound like rocks were in there when it was turned off. They also gave some useful tips on a loose faucet handle we battle with constantly. Quality ✔️, Value ✔️, Professionalism ✔️, Responsiveness ✔️, Punctuality ✔️!!!!! Highly recommend Team Plumbing.
