True professional. Goes the extra step. I can't say enough good things about Jeff and the quality of his work. He patiently explained everything he was doing. Additionally, as the toilet was pulled out, he noticed that the wall was recently painted, except for where the tank had been. ..so he asked me if I had any of the paint. I did. Jeff waited to finish while I touched up the paint. He did not have to do that. ...he could have said nothing and been on his way sooner. I am exceptionally thankful for his customer service. You can bet we will be using him again.

I have used Bill's plumbing twice. Once after hours for a clogged drain and then today to install a new dishwasher in my home that has never had a dishwasher. They are great to.work.with! Would recommend them for any plumbing service!

My wife and I own a few investment properties. Luckily right after we bought our first one, we discovered Always Plumbing and Heating. Since then, they are the only plumbing service we will use. At one point, we did have a plumbing problem that we needed fixed ASAP and Ed couldn't get to it right away so we tried getting someone else who could do it sooner. We called and left messages with at least 6 other plumbers in town. None of then answered their phones and none of them returned our calls. So we then waited for Ed to get to it and since then, we refuse to use anyone else. He has done a lot of work for us and we couldn't be happier with Always Plumbing and Heating.

We were extremely pleased with everyone from Smith Plumbing and Heating. When our air conditioner went out, Jesse explained all our options thoroughly. Great guy! John and Nate worked diligently replacing our AC and furnace and explaining everything. Sophia and Chris cleaned all our vents and took us through the process of sealing them as well. And Carmine was delightful as he repaired a small hole from the thermostat replacement. Smith has an amazing team. We are so impressed and highly recommend this company!

Lucas performed a multitude of plumbing services and the quality of work and attention to detail was fantastic. His attitude and demeanor was professional and all work agreed on and performed met all our expectations. They kept all areas clean and protected when working. My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Jason arrived in a timely fashion, checked out the old dead system, initiated an estimate, and shook my hand when the deal was made. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. The installation will begin in the morning!! No more roasting in my 87degree home. The maintenance program will be wonderful; my old Rheem A/C was installed 33 years ago in 1989. I sure hope they build them today like they did back in the day. ;~)

The gentleman I talked to answered the phone almost immediately, spoke clearly, and was very understanding of our situation. He was able to get out that day and offered some recommended courses of action, prior to coming out. Would highly recommend!

Had these guy replace my difficult-to-access water heater. They were respectful, clean, quiet, and they did what needed to be done. Highly recommend!

Terrible company. They scammed my father (who has dementia) out of a large amount of money and broke his water heater. When I called to speak to a manager the person who answered the phone was rude and condescending. I finally talked to amy (apparently a manager) who was even more rude to me and had zero personal skills. I will never do business with this company again.

My fiance and I bought a house June 29, 2020, in our contract we requested the HVAC be cleaned, serviced, and insured it was operational. The sellers used Oakview Mechanical to take care of the request and they paid $886 to Oakview to insure the HVAC was cleaned, serviced, and operational along with a few other odd jobs. It was summer so of course the first 2 months we did not use the furnace. Yesterday, September 8, 2020, we turned on our heater and it was NOT working.

I made a call to Oakview Mechanical this morning to see if they would come out and look at it since they signed the invoice saying it was operational not even two and a half months ago. They said they could send a service man out for $89. I mentioned that they worked on it a little over two months ago and claimed it was operational. They then went on to say they do not guarantee operation of any of the units they work on, unless you call in within 30 days.

In other words, if you hire them...they service your unit, sign off that it's operational, and 2 months later after NO use at all...tough luck. DO NOT waste your money. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. They obviously do not back the quality of their work. Oakview Mechanical guarantees their work for 30 days and anything past that you better be prepared to pay them for sub par work all over again. It honestly shocked me that the seller paid good money so we could have a operational HVAC system just for Oakview to say it was operational for 30 days. How do you claim a system is operational, clean and service it, just for it to be not operational when turned on!!!

I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. After I got off the phone with Oakview, I called WireNut and told them what was going on with our furnace (since they were the ones who installed it in 2015). They offered to send someone out and assured me that they would honor any warranties that may be in affect. The customer service was spectacular at WireNut and they obviously back the quality of their work, even 5 years later.
