Jeff is awesome and really knows his craft. I’ve used him several times for home plumbing issues. Very reasonable on price and very dependable and always shows up on time.

I had a busted water pipe that forced me to turn off the water to my home. One of the owners of Western Peak Plumbing and his son came out about 1 hour after I called and repaired the pipe. They also put in a valve that allows me to turn off the water to my sprinkler system separately and made a change that will improve the winterization process. They worked quickly and the price was very fair.

Great, friendly service. Took care of my issue without hesitation. Very reasonable price compared to others in the local area.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Excellent customer service. Chris and Aaron came out within 24 hours of my call, even though it was not an emergency. They removed a jammed item in our garbage disposal that was making it sound like rocks were in there when it was turned off. I contacted OakView to get a second opinion on my failing HVAC system. They sent Joseph out to give me an estimate. He was on time and incredibly professional. He let us know what we were looking at for a replacement of our aging furnace and A/C unit. He informed us of our options and we were more than happy to sign on the dotted line for service.

He was able to schedule us for the week after and when the time came, he and his crew were there and ready to work. The replaced our entire HVAC system in a day! To say I was impressed would be an understatement! When they finished, Joseph made sure we had inspection dates that worked with our schedule. He let us know that he was available should anything come up.

We ended up taking him up on the offer and called him to see how much a condensate pump would be. He drew up the invoice and was there the next day! Needless to say, we were overjoyed to work with such a professional and competent staff. Working with Joseph was a pleasure and he represented the company well. I've already sent his card to anyone looking for HVAC work!

Diego and his staff was extremely professional. My appointment was supposed to be at 12:pm today, they showed up 30 minutes early. Went right to the problem and fixed it in less than 10 minutes I kid you not. I will definitely keep them on my speed dial especially since I have an older home. Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

My technicians name was David Kittle, I had another company come out to try to unblock my sewer They stopped at a certain point and said they couldn't fix it. David came in saw what was needed and repaired it and now I have my home back to use, He was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me some information I really didn't know to help me keep my sewer clean.

I waited less than 24 hours for a quote to have my gas pipe that feeds my stove moved. Corey came out, quoted it and fixed it right on the spot and was super nice. I feel like they were very reasonably priced and I will go to them before anyone else.

Russ has done a lot of work for us - from installing an acid neutralizer in our home (to raise the pH of our well water) to replacing water heaters. garbage disposals, and fixing leaks in our rental properties.
