Amazing people! They’re always here within 24 hours of calling! Always on time! Or early! They installed a new furnace and AC unit for us within a day! Super clean about it! They did the work as soon as they could especially since we have a 5 month old in the house. Andrew, Jacob, and Caleb, were the ones here for the install! Jacob was the one who came out and found out we needed a new unit. They’re super friendly. They explain everything they’re doing! Stephanie in the office is amazing and super sweet! Since when it comes to inspections they only tell them a day and it’s anywhere between 8-5, she made sure to call us to at least let us know what number we were on the list so we could leave for a little if we had too! Firstly, they charge a $70 fee just for showing up, pretty high especially when other companies don’t charge anything. Instead of suggesting to replace my high efficiency water heater with another high efficiency water heater, the tech wanted to go with a standard water heater. This would require a sub-contractor to come out and cut the needed holes in my house. To me, it sounds like a racket to get his buddy some money out of me, too. Lastly, B and L quoted me $3,800 for parts and labor (not including the sub-contractor). Yeah. So I decided to get a second opinion and called SOCO. They didn’t charge a fee to come out, recommended the high efficiency water heater first off (how I learned there were different types of water heaters) and only charged $2,400. They even offered interest free financing for the first year! I highly recommend them.

Luke did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him and this company again! I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

Our heater was making loud noises so we decided to call comfort by design. Scott came out and explained everything to us, he took his time and went over everything throughly. Our house didn't have ac so we decided to add it along with the new furnace. Within 20 minutes our credit was approved and the contract signed. Two days later the team arrived right on time and by the end of the day we had heat and air. We are extremely impressed and grateful to everyone who works for Comfort by Design.
